We specialise in supplying sewing machines, overlockers, embellishers, embroidery machines, sewing/embroidery machines, steam presses, roller presses and various sewing accessories. We are aware that in today's increasingly competitive environment, it is important that we continue to focus our efforts in maintaining the first class customer service that we try to provide. Feedback lets us know what we are doing well and also what we can do better. Receiving feedback from customers and also by the amount of repeat and recommended business we receive, we feel that we are going some way to achieving our goals and that our efforts are being recognised and appreciated.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I made an initial enquiry and got a quick response from Russell. Ordered my machine and it was delivered by DPD the next day!

Although my item was delivered quickly…

Although my item was delivered quickly the machine had a fault. However, the customer service was very good and a replacement was sent out. Since then, no problems with machine over the past 8 months.

Immediate refund on sewing machine

Ordered a sewing machine and unfortunately it did not work - the tension was faulty. Russell was very approachable, and had David his sewing machine mechanic send me instructions on how it should work- we all decided there was a fault so it was returned and Russell refunded me immediately as soon as he received it back.
I cannot fault the service and help he gave.

Excellent firm for repair and servicing of sewing machine

My 13 year old Pfaff Expression 3.2 had a faulty On/Off switch and was in need a of service- it’s first ever service I am ashamed to admit. Dave managed to repair the fault and save me the cost of a new switch which was in the region of £150 (possibly more if a new board was needed), and undertook a thorough service. My machine runs so much better and the work done cost less than originally quoted. Very helpful and friendly team and I was without my machine for only one day 😊. Highly recommend this firm.
