Great Customer Service

I had ordered wool from Sew Pro through Etsy and found at the end of my project that I’d run out of wool.
I emailed Sew Pro directly to see if they still had a ball of the same dye lot. They answered me immediately and promised to check their stock. I then got an email confirming that they had the wool I required. I was able to order directly. The wool was swiftly despatched and arrive vacuum packed which meant it could be posted through the letter box.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Many thanks for that. Would highly recommend this company.
