Purchased the 3 piece outfit for a month(+) trip. Ads were great and promised just what I was looking for. Nope. I could never get the wrinkles out from shipping. I tried everything that they suggested. The seams are very low quality and are all bunch. By the time I returned home from my trip (with the outfit) it was beyond the return period. What a waste of money. I doubt that the ad outfit is made of the same quality fabric as the one I purchased. A total waste of money.

I don't know anything about this store call sexyModest Boutique i have never shop there.

I ordered an outfit nearly a year ago. It was delivered when I was away from home. I could not return in a timely fashion and was given a store credit. I complained to the company to no avail. The clothes do not fit me. I have tried to use the credit but nothing fits. I feel I should get a refund in $. This is not good business practice.

I needed an adjustment to an order when I accidentally ordered the wrong s
ize and color. After sending an email I got a reply in a few minutes saying my requested changes had been made. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I went online to the chat and texted back and forth with an AWESOME lady named Alexis. She totally help me figure out what i needed to do to return an item. The clothing I purchased is of great quality and super comfortable. I'm just returning an item that was a gift for my daughter and it just wasn't her style. So I'm returning hers and buying myself a second set for myself. Can't wait to get my new set. Thank you Judy C.

I chose chat to request information about a back ordered outfit from Sexy Modest. Debbie, on chat, was incredibly helpful! She quickly and kindly explained the status of the items and immediately offered that I could wait, get a refund or receive store credit with an additional amount added for the inconvenience. I requested a refund and received an email immediately from Debbie regarding the refund and offering me a discount on future purchases. She really was so responsive and kind even expressing that she hoped I had a great weekend. The level of her customer service was truly excellent! I hope Sexy Modest know what a great employee they have!
