Great Customer Service! I had a question about a best-seller that was out of stock in my size and color choice. I emailed Customer Service with my question, just certain my message would fall into a hole, or at least take days for me to get a response. To my surprise, I got a very helpful response from "Sommer" within 10 minutes! AWESOME!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two sets of the Brigitte Brianna Essential Set in two different colors and loved the fabric and style; however, one pair of pants was considerably shorter than the other (inseam was 27 inches instead of the 31 inches), although I had ordered both in the same size. Sommer was extremely helpful and worked with me to get a new pair of pants with the correct length.
