First off, let me say that overall I am very happy with all the items I purchased (over 2 separate orders). My first order was the essential travel set in 3 different colors. As other reviewers have noted, the pants of one of the sets fit differently than the others. I can still wear them, but they are definitely smaller than the others. I think the sets might run small. I went up a size from my usual and they fit well. Also, the pants are LONG. I can only wear the ‘Habit’ pants with minimum 2 inch wedges or they drag on the ground (for reference I’m 5’7”). Additionally, shipping for that order was NOT fast as stated on their website. It took over 2 weeks to get to from UT to AZ.

My second order, I bought 3 pairs of “street joggers” in the same colors as the travel sets I bought. Since they have elastic cuffs, I wanted to swap the pants from the travels sets to with sneakers when I wanted a more casual vibe. This order came MUCH faster than my first order. I like the pants. They’re very comfortable. They are also very long. I have to roll the cuffs twice in order to make them look like regular joggers. My only issue was the olive green pants were not remotely the same color as my olive green travel set. The process of having to do a return is not user friendly. They make you pay return shipping which I think is somewhat unfair since the only way you’ll know if you like something is to order it. It’s not like there’s a storefront where I can try everything on. Because of the difficulty of the return process, I am unlikely to buy anything else from this website.

I’m not sure how the material will hold up over time but as I stated at the beginning, I’m very happy with my purchases. Every time I’ve worn the travel sets I’ve gotten compliments and they are 100% wrinkle free.

Des answered my questions and was very helpful . She placed me in a restock list for when my items I would like to reorder are available.

The website was not functioning properly and I was unable to add items to my cart. I connected with Des via chat in customer service and she was able to log a ticket to the tech team to address the issue. While it took over 24 hours to fix, it eventually was remedied and I was able to purchase the items I had selected. Des was very helpful through a frustrating situation.

I ordered 3 tanks; I wasn't happy with the material. It's not an easy process to find on your website where/how to make a return/exchange and then having to wait, via e/mail, for you to approve the return request in order to get a return label wasn't efficient. I did an online chat with Des who requested the return to be approved and then I received the email with the return label.

I ordered the Brigitte Brianna Habit Pant and they arrived within a couple of days. The quality is great but unfortunately, they were too short for me so I needed to return them. The return process was quick and easy!
