Sezzle has become a big help with my purchases since I started using them. It makes all my big or small purchased a lot more manageable when you can break your purchase up into four payments with barely any interest, and now the five payment options is a nice option. I recommend them to everyone I have got two different friends to start using them also. They help me to feel like I have the power to buy anything I want if it's too much for me to pay thT day I figure out how much a quarter would cost today and usually makes it more possible to buy now instead of 100$ today I can pay 25 today and then 25 every two weeks until paid in full.

Been nothing short of convenient the last 3 years. The small fees charged in order to have 4 interest free payments is not a big deal. Very helpful when you need to make a somewhat larger purchase, and would rather not part with it all at once.

Thieving POS company. My payments come out autopay and these clowns send an email saying my payment didn't go through and charge me 7.00 late fee. It is the same set-up I have always used and another email saying my card was expiring ...... sure it is next year in April.

I have contacted Sezzle four times that I have returned item and sent proof. I have called and used chat system. They keep giving me the runaround that it takes ten days, but it’s been 20 days. I wil be contacting the BBB and consumer financial protection bureau. I have given screen shots and tracking numbers of return.

Seems fraudulent? . Sezzle continues to charge me for an order I canceled and did not receive. All requested docs were sent to Sezzle at least 4 times yet I’m being harassed to send the same info over and over and over again . They took my money and won’t give it back.NO REFUNDS . SHAME ON SEZZLE . Shame

Set up a payment plan and added my bank account, but their system didn’t properly reflect it as the default. I was charged a $1.99 fee anyway.
Contacted support and they refused to refund it, even as a one-time courtesy.
Not about the money — it’s about how rigid they are when a customer clearly tried to do things correctly.
Lost a customer over $1.99.
