Probably one of the worst online retail…

Probably one of the worst online retail experiences I've ever experienced.
First off, their sales and warehouse teams are two separate arms of the company that appear to lack real time updates with inventory. In fact they are geographically in two separate countries.

As an example, out of stock items are not updated on their website, leading to you purchasing an item, only to get an email days later apologizing that after you've already paid that they do not have that item in stock.

Next off, once the clothing arrives from ShenZhen, China, you will be surprised that the size you ordered is NOT indeed the actual size they send you.

When you reach out to the customer service team about the wrong sizing, you will likely receive a rather condescending reply that reads and I quote: " Here's the thing, it's not that we sent you the wrong size. It's because the product you ordered is in Asian sizing, and Asian sizes are usually 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizes."

As an Asian American, who can only shop at Asian retailers like Muji or Uniqlo I am keenly aware of "Asian" sizing and had purchased my clothing from SGAN accordingly. I.e. if I'm normally a small or medium in Western brands, I'm often a medium in Asian Brands. So instead of the medium I ordered, I was sent a large which not surprisingly was way too big and long.

After several back and forth emails where the representative tried to have me exchange the clothing for something else, I indicated that I was quite frustrated with the whole process, and they finally agreed that I can return my item (which I should remind the reader that was Sgan's mistake, not mine) to Shen Zhen China (from the US) and once their receive the item only then will they issue my refund. In what universe does it make sense to pay for shipping an article of clothing across the globe and pay more for that than the actual worth of the garment? To their credit they did acknowledge the potential high shipping cost, and gave me (condescending) advice that perhaps I might sell the garment or donate it? I don't know if this is lost in translation thing where I'm interpreting this as rude or condescending but the whole process has just been a headache.

It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing that I would have essentially be forced to pay for an item that I literally have no use for with my hard earned money, because someone decided that if a U.S. customer ordered a Medium they automatically mean they're actually a "large" instead.

I would have understood if there was a disclaimer on their website flagged at the time of purchase about Asia to Western Size conversions, however there was no such disclaimer and so basically I was told that the warehouse "automatically" sends you the size up from what you actually ordered without your consent or verification.

This experience has been a truly awful one. Not only would I not ever purchase from this company again, but unless it's a company I know well with good customer service and integrity, I'll probably avoid purchasing clothing online altogether.

Did a good job for me. unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, my fault, but sending the garment back would have been amazingly expensive so I excepted the 50% percent refund and ill try and sell the unworn garment on. and are-order. As said this was my own fault, so the message to anyone reading this please take a little extra care before ordering. I will be re-ordering soon, as the garments are excellent quality.

Excellent quality and perfect fit!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The jacket exceeded my expectations in every way. The size was absolutely perfect, the fabric quality is excellent, and the overall craftsmanship is outstanding. The material feels premium, warm, and very comfortable to wear.

Shipping was smooth, and the product arrived exactly as described. This company is truly professional and reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality jackets and great service. I would definitely buy again!

I need to return the sweat suit pant are too small. I ordered an 2x .They sent me a large set. The outfit doesn't fit. I keep asking for a return authorization code. They totally do reply. I paid close to 100.00 and I need to return these items.
