In regards to your comment about ''going against trade description'', all over our website as well as in our terms and conditions, It shows how all our products arrive, the bottle it comes in and also how its packed and sent out. It is not the fault of SG Cologne that you have not noticed this and SG Cologne are not liable for this.
You are welcome to report this but unfortunately there is nothing to report, it is more of a misunderstanding and we would be more than happy to rectify this for you. We will keep a close eye out for your email

A good attempt made to get my order delivered on time but hampered by the postal dispute. Received after 5 days dispute paying next day delivery.
Nice product, not quite in the Creed Aventus camp so worked out a tad expensive imo.

Well, I bought the perfume, paid for it and apart from an email saying it was on it's way, have heard nothing since! I tried to send a message yesterday, but it would not go through. Not very happy at all! Tracking number told me nothing except they were waiting for the parcel!

I'm very disappointed with my purchase
I am very disappointed with my purchase, as l was expecting a 10ml mini replica of the original perfume. That's what the photo in the advert looked like. But it's just a 10ml test tube. I can't give that as a Christmas gift, I will have to keep it and buy something else.
I do wish that on line shops would explain exactly what they are selling and give an true photo of what one is buying.
I have given 3 star's for the speed of delivery. I would like to add that I'm not stupid or blind, I did read that I would be receiving a 10ml bottle, however I expected it to be a square 10ml bottle which looked like the photo! Your reply is very rude and I give you no Star's for your customer service.
