The sofa came within a week!
The sofa came within a week, excellent product, it looked exactly like the photograph and good quality.
The two guys got rid of the packaging, brought the sofa in and put the legs on.
Both guys were very respectful and polite.
Excellent service!!

Very helpful delivery men
Very helpful delivery men, kept me informed and were very nice, I live on the third floor of a retirement village (with a lift) and were very happy to take the unit up with no complaints.

TERRIBLE! DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They need to be reported!
Ordered several items from Roseland (1122348-1178307) which was due to be delivered Thursday 14th 5-9pm which didn’t arrive with no reason as to why. Rescheduled for today (when we’re on holiday) which we had a family member be at the house for (delivery slot 11-2) but surprise surprise it turned up allegedly at 10am. They said they tried to call (lie) as the family member had been at our house the entire time with nothing arrive.
The delivery company are incompetent and are all foreign and difficult to understand. Apparently they will be attempting delivery on Friday but I will not hold my breath!
Shocking service - if it doesn’t come Friday I’ll be asking from a refund for delivery fees and my entire order. Stay away!
Edited to add - they put in a delivery slot for today 21/05 but it didn’t show YET AGAIN!!!!!!!! We came back off holiday for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. To add insult to injury they delivered our chairs and nothing else! SHAM OF A COMPANY

Left on front lawn just as I arrived home. Asked them to bring into the house which they did without question. Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to get box open.

Good but room for improvement
Receiving unexpected texts from a company without reference as to what you're delivering resulted in the texts being ignored! Thankfully someone reached out to me by phone. The company sends the item had promised to contact me on the 20th to arrange delivery but through SGK the goods arrived this morning.
I received a phone call from the driver 45 minutes out advising me of the time of delivery but also requesting assistance with unloading?? Luckily I have my landscape gardeners on site that assisted otherwise the answer would have no I couldn't help! My neighbours all work or are elderly, like me. Perhaps some thought needs to be give for future similar deliveries. As it turned out the experience was good but could have been so different.
