Unhappy customer to very grateful customer!
I bought a fridge freezer for my top floor flat, which was up 3 flights of stairs. I wrote a note on my order that I'd need them to carry it up for me. They rang about an hour before delivery, and said it's only scheduled for doorstop delivery. I practically begged them to take it up for me, and they still said no so I told them how unhappy I was and would be complaining, and shut the door. However 2 seconds later, they knocked and said they would do it for me as I'm a single female. Very happy that they finally gave in, even if it's against their policy or the place it was ordered from didn't instruct them correctly.

Fantastic delivery
Clear communication from the start even text me 30 minutes before arrival and turned at 7.20am! Before I had to leave for work.
Driver was polite, patient and tidy.
Why can’t every delivery service be like this if I could give 6 stars I would!

Very impressed, well organised delivery schedule.
Day and time slot arranged by email. On the day had a 2 hour time slot and the driver phoned when they were an hour away. Phoned again when they were a few minutes away.
The 2 guys were very polite and courteous, asking if it was ok walking in on my carpet. They also asked if I needed any extra help as the delivery had filled my hall way. A credit to your company. Thank you

Delivery not as expected
Although the information of delivery times was efficient unfortunately the actual delivery was not. We thought the items would be unpacked and put in the room of choice. To make it easier for the delivery men they were asked to go round the back and into the kitchen to unpack, didn’t have a knife, ripped the packing off without care and just left both items in the middle of the kitchen instead of putting them in the next room leaving a 75 yr old woman with ill health to move them herself. Having read other reviews giving favourable outcomes this was rather disappointing
