Appauling
Appauling ! Cooker was damaged. When trying to sort out replacement: Communication poor even when seller contacted them twice, they still didn’t respond within time line. Spoke very little English which did not help. Eventually it took so long I requested a refund. Eventually I managed to get the cooker returned. However god knows when I will actually be refunded as the store won’t refund until the distribution centre get it back to the store. 😡

Very efficient service - I was given a slot 10-1pm. At 9.20am they called to say they would be with me in 30-40 minutes. At 10.10 they arrived and delivered the mattress to the room of my choice - couldn't ask for more.

Unhappy customer to very grateful customer!
I bought a fridge freezer for my top floor flat, which was up 3 flights of stairs. I wrote a note on my order that I'd need them to carry it up for me. They rang about an hour before delivery, and said it's only scheduled for doorstop delivery. I practically begged them to take it up for me, and they still said no so I told them how unhappy I was and would be complaining, and shut the door. However 2 seconds later, they knocked and said they would do it for me as I'm a single female. Very happy that they finally gave in, even if it's against their policy or the place it was ordered from didn't instruct them correctly.
