We contacted SGT to move our son's car from Phoenix, AZ to Miami, FL. The whole experience was really good. Agent on phone was helpful, clearly explained the process and was able to send us a copy of the agreement via email right away. I liked the fact they didn't take any money up front. Pickup in Phoenix was seamless. Super nice, courteous driver Luis who was very helpful and found a good spot nearby my son's house for the car pickup. He even picked up my son in Miami from the airport to take him to the car. Everything went smoothly for pickup and drop-off. My only recommendation would be some flexibility in picking up the car as driver had to leave next day early morning so my son had to pick up the car late at night. Overall though, great experience. Pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend this car delivery service.

Delivery the car on time, the handle off of the car exchange could be better. For example know which delivery person contact before hand because these days you have a lot of spam calls and scammers too.

Communication was sub par. Told me a specific window my delivery would arrive by and did not communicate that it was delayed.

The whole experience of shipping my car from Illinois to Florida was good. The only thing I wish was that there was some way to track where your vehicle is at because we did not receive any updates from the driver. I had to call multiple times to try and find out when the car would be delivered, and it was late by a day. But the driver could not have been any nicer and very accommodating for where to meet to pick up the car. There was no surprise charges, which was nice so overall, I would use this company again.
