Cross country drive
Even though the driver was very late getting to San Diego, it wasn’t his fault…he had been held up in LA during the protests.
When he arrived, he quickly and efficiently took pictures of my car, put it on the transport vehicle, made sure he had my number and assured me that the car would be on the east coast in 4-5 days.
Sure enough, my car arrived on time with no scratches or signs of damage. The driver contacted the receiver on the other end and delivered it to him on time.
I paid exactly what was told to me up front and given a receipt. Driver was very courteous.

Great experience and stress free delivery
This was my second transport with SGT over the past two months and once again they came through without any problems. I’ve heard the horror stories of other transport companies with the comment that “none of them are any good”, well I can honestly say that SGT breaks that mold. They were informative, communicative, and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable transporter.

The driver tried to scam me when he dropped off my vehicle. He claimed my windshield broke in transit, he replaced it, and asked if I would consider splitting or paying for it ($500) because STG wouldn't reimburse him. He had clearly cleaned my windshield to make it look new but I could still see my "easy pass" stickers on the inside. He tried to show me fabricated photos making it look fake

Not perfect but better than competitors
We had tried to work through a different transport company and they canceled on us 2 times. I placed my order Wednesday and got a confirmed driver on Thursday. Everything was early. Only negative was my driver didn’t accept Venmo so we had to scramble to come up with cash upon delivery. Driver was patient, and although he spoke very little English we were able to work it out.
