Very dodgy website. Feels like over time they are becoming more dodgy. My profile got deleted all of a sudden and I had no idea why. I contacted them and as usual it takes them a good 48 hours to get back to anyone. They said my profile had violated some terms and conditions - and I honestly had no idea what. I emailed them with a reply of which term and condition was violated. I have a screenshot of their response - which I was able to attach to this. No useful answer at all. Just a repetition of the same original answer. They can't even explain what the reason was. Full of scammers.

I had a terrible experience with Shandi.com, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform. I paid ₹15,000 for a 3-month package based on their commitment that I would be able to talk to 3–4 proposals every week.

However, it has now been two months, and they have completely failed to deliver on their promises. Every time I ask them why nothing is happening, they come up with the same excuse: "No one is picking up the phone" from the profiles they supposedly shortlisted for me.

The truth is, they haven't arranged a single phone conversation with anyone in the last two months! It feels like they took my money and are just making excuses instead of providing the service they promised.

Their customer service is pathetic, their promises are false, and their process feels like a complete scam. I am highly disappointed and feel cheated. Please don't waste your money and time on Shandi.com.

My account got deleted for some reason I don’t , Contacted customer service did not offer any discount or Help cannot log back into my old account. Had to create a new account now cannot even email anybody this is fraud. Nobody use the service anymore. They take your money, but do not give you any customer service.

Shaadi. com is just a fraud website. You can't chat with people of your interests even after you have paid for their premium subscription. Both members have to be premium members to chat or exchange contact info. Shaadi . com has also increased the price three folds so now it has become a total and absolute waste of time and money.

I have bad experience of Shadi.com. I become VIP member for my Son. My contact person in Shadi.com was Alka Patel. Most of the time she was on leave due to her family problems. Whenever she was available I was suggesting her girls profile for my son. I did not get proposal from shadi.com as they committed. I paid Rs. 35000/- for VIP membership. Very bad experience.

Women beware , this platform is full of scammer profiles and paltform's security and verification process is completely lacking in safeguarding women. I am being targeted by scammers with profiles they create from same template with an AI picture . Initially I reported a profile which was subsequently deleted. Now they are creating fake profiles everyday and I get two interests daily for profiles created with same template that even a 4year old can identify but Shaadi's so called verifications that they keep mentioning about in their scripted responses are completely helpless in stopping these scam profiles. It's left to us to report and they then take down individual profiles only for two new ones to sprout up next day. It almost feels like an inside job. I have reported two profiles daily over last three weeks and there is no sign of them stopping. I had spoken to one of them in the beginning which is when I learned it was a scam profile that conducts the typical online romance scam that's well published elsewhere . But through shaadi I then met another person face to face who created this whole fake character and life before I was able to expose his fraud in time. This is a dangerous platform and can ruin your life. Stay away from shaadi.com.

Note that all good reviews are single reviews from fake bots and profiles with sophisticated AI generated review format for instance mum suggested the service after reading other good reviews. Trustpilot has 61% 1* reviews , mum needs some education in identifying positive reviews. All positive reviews have same pattern, the person will highlight two or three specific features and in the end say that they met their partner or wife through shaadi. Same template review just like template scammer profiles on their website. I think it is an inside job and I will be reporting this platform to action fraud.

Save yourself, raise awareness and stay away from Shaadi.com lest your life will be ruined by scammers and fraud people who are operating beyond online scamming into the real life via this platform . Scammers are making a mockery of their support team by creating new profiles everyday.

VIP Shaadi is a Scam – I’ve Disputed the Charge with My Bank!

I paid $1,000 for VIP Shaadi’s so-called “premium” matchmaking service, but it was a complete waste of money. They promised personalized matchmaking, exclusive profiles, and a dedicated relationship manager—but none of that actually happened.
• The matches were irrelevant and not tailored to what I was looking for.
• The relationship manager was useless—barely responsive and not proactive at all.
• When I asked for a refund, they refused! Instead, they had the audacity to tell me to “transfer the service to a friend or relative.” Why would I pass on a terrible service to someone else?

Since they refused to refund me, I have now disputed the transaction with my bank. Let’s see how they plan to keep my money when I have officially rejected their service. I refuse to let them take advantage of people like this.

Final Verdict:

VIP Shaadi is nothing but a scam. If you’re considering signing up, DON’T DO IT. You’ll just end up frustrated and out of pocket.

I’ll update this review once the dispute is resolved. If you’ve had a similar experience, dispute the charge with your bank! Let’s not let them get away with this.

It is fraud. Don't waste your money. People cannot even read your messages. They want more money. Asking to become a VIP member and want to have a middle man in between.

They are a bunch of illiterate folks. When I forwarded an attachment with my ID for verification purposes, they claim that they did not receive it. Have decided to delete my account in May 2025 when it is time to renew. Deletion based on:
> if you use their regular service useless profiles sent to you. Use their assisted services and it is very expensive. Even if you use assisted services, they don't send profiles based on your preferences.
