Hello Everyone, Today I am writing the review of Shaadi.com website.
Its very important for every to know that Everything that is shown to you by the staff member is goody goody after you buy their membership. I would say its a complete fraud company. Please guys before you register think thrice because after you the asubscription fee to them they behave very crazy with you. you do not get the proper support from your consultant and the person who has enrolled you for the membership will also start showing up their colors. So be very careful. Guys I had taken a membership of VIP Shaadi from Mamta (from sales team) and had a very bad experience. My consultant Khyati Rahod - pathetic female. They do not give you proper service and don not pick your calls also when you need them. Its complete bogus company.They do not give you desired profiles and you have to run after the consultant to get the profiles. Also at the time of enroll ment they tell you if you are not happy with the consultant we will change her immidiately in 24 hrs. Guys its been 12 days after i complained about my consultant and yet they have not changed. So you can imagine the service they give you. They not keep to their promise atall.
Please be careful. Do not take Shaadi Subscription. It a complete crap company.

🚨 Disappointed with the Matrimonial Service! 🚨

I have been using this matrimonial platform for almost 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I upgraded my membership twice, hoping for better results, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money.

❌ Issues I Faced:

Inactive & Fake Profiles – Many profiles are outdated or not even active. Some have been around for 4+ years without any updates!
Useless Contact Ranges – The platform showed me a list of profiles, but most numbers were not reachable or inactive. Even direct calls went unanswered.
Misleading Suggestions – Customer service suggested I increase my age range, but when I did, I only saw one more inactive profile—not helpful at all!
No Refund Policy – I upgraded 3 times, hoping for a better experience, but it was all in vain. No support, no refund, just lost money!
💬 Final Verdict: I do NOT recommend this platform unless they fix these serious issues. It's just a money-making business without proper user support. Beware before investing your hard-earned money! 🚫

Shhadi vip wale sab chor hain. This company should be audited by the proper authority and it should shut down immediately. This people are scamming others for thousands. They need to understand that God is watching 🙏. Bhagwan se daro, jab uski lathi chalti hain tab dukhti bahot hain.

Worst and fraud website with all fake profiles. All positive reviews are made from with in their company.

Money looter and pseudoprofiles

I regret subscribing to VIP Shaadi. Before I signed up, they made all sorts of promises about how great the service was, but after paying $700 for a 4-month subscription, it has been nothing but disappointment. It's been over 3 months, and not a single meeting has been scheduled by my consultant.

When I tried to cancel and get a refund, I was told there was no cancellation policy, something I was never informed of beforehand. They assured me that my consultant would be updated and that they'd escalate the process, but nothing changed. I spent weeks following up, but all I got were delays and excuses. My time and money were completely wasted.

Names of the consultants assigned to me were Deepak and Nikhil, who did nothing to improve the situation. I ended up getting better responses with a basic subscription.
Do not waste your time or money with VIP Shaadi!

I was initailly disappointed by some profiles, but the customer support team helped me to find better matches. After some time, there I got to know of one profile which was my noe life partner rajiv. He is so handsome. finally met someone worth my time n efforts.

I had a terrible experience with Shaadi.com's VIP service, and I strongly advise against paying for it. After speaking with a relationship advisor who convinced me to subscribe, I expected personalized and exclusive matches. However, the matches provided under the VIP service were the same as those available on the free platform—there was nothing new or valuable about the service. The relationship consultants, who are a key part of the VIP package, were of no real use and did not offer any meaningful assistance. When I realized the service was not worth the exorbitant subscription fees, I tried to cancel and request a refund the same day. Instead, I was persuaded to keep the service for a week, only to later be told that the subscription was non-refundable. The entire experience felt like a scam, and I strongly recommend saving your money and avoiding the VIP membership altogether.

Only money making sites not at all serious in their approach had taken Select shaadi services waste of money n time I complained so many times abt their consultants but no response wasted 6 mnths had opened account for my daughter

Poor Pathetic & Pitiful Service. Miserable Inefficient Dishonest Managers. They got hold of a good domain that’s all! They deleted existing photos on Platform Premium upon changing to VIP service for extra Rs 45,000. Then hell broke loose. were lying. Those photos were all there. They said all accepted matches were deleted. Claim customer deleted the VIP profile after paying them Rs 45,000.

I could go on & on! THEY ARE UNETHICAL DECEPTIVE, & A GREEDY FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Beware!

Joined sept/oct 2024, left within a week,,customer service non existent,, sent them 14 day notice before action..they are asking me if I have issues with Registration or Login.....

They keep making mistakes, like losing my ID and requiring verification all the time. I'm a paid member. Why are they wasting everyone's time with this phony blue tick which they stick on profiles that don't even have photos! I'd never think Shaadi.com, this big brand, would allow profiles without photos. Never mind the profiles that are too scared to have a simple video call after accepting the contact then ghosting... seems like a scam overall.

After only a month on the platform, they make some big deal about their blue tick mark and lock my PAID account while they review ID. Meanwhile, they are awarding blue ticks to profiles without pictures! What the point of all this? Some reviews mention video calls is how they met someone. Why are so many profiles on their platform unable or unwilling to do video calls after accepting the contact? Are most of these FAKE profiles?

They offer a 6-month platinum membership that's good till March 2025. After only a month on the platform, they make some big deal about their blue tick mark and lock my account while they review ID. Meanwhile, they are awarding blue ticks to profiles without pictures! What the hell is the point of all this? I paid for 6 months and so far only got a month of service...

Worst services. While selling there VIP service they completely lie regarding profile . After that the advisor doesn’t connect & gives 1-2 profile a week which was promised of 3-4 & that profile are also not as was discussed when we purchased the service.
It’s completely useless. Better is to search yourself.

They persuaded me to commit to a long-term package of over six months, a hefty investment. But the moment they secured my payment, everything changed for the worse.

The customer service was abysmal. Despite my explicit instructions to communicate with my parents throughout the process, they completely ignored my requests and did whatever suited their convenience. Over the past six months, I received only 2-3 matches, and that too without any meaningful follow-up or support. I raised my concerns repeatedly, pointing out the lack of effort on their part and expressing my desire for a refund since no substantial service was being provided. Their response? “It’s not our policy.”

This is absolutely outrageous. A business that promises personalized service but delivers nothing has no right to hold on to anyone’s hard-earned money. Their priorities seem clear: once they get your payment, you’re on your own. They hide behind policies while offering the bare minimum, if anything at all.

At the end of the day, this is a warning to anyone considering their services. They are not here to serve you—they are here to serve themselves. Think twice before trusting them with your money because if they fail to deliver, they’ll only remind you of their “policies” instead of taking accountability. I demand a full refund and an acknowledgment of the gross mismanagement I’ve experienced.

Shaadi.com is a scam company.90% of profiles are fake and created through AI.
Please be careful give your money for charity but do not pay to these cheaters.
They should be shut down and taken to court so that all the people who have paid to them get their refund.

Don’t waste your money as most of the profiles are fake and Shaadi.com will sell your personal data for marketing
Recently I have paid for premium account and after taking my money they are asking me more documents obviously they need Canadien ID to sell your data and to make more money

Mismanaged service

Vip consultant will only contact me between 10.30 pm and 7.30 am as these are his "working hours" even though the emails I get constantly sent say call between 10am and 7pm so it's impossible to use this service in the UK. (Zain Ali Virani is the consultants name)
Also the number says it comes from London but won't answer during there buissness hours so I'm assuming the number it to a call centre abroad so it's useless...
