After visiting your store Saturday I would highly recommend Shackletons for the time and patience they showed my mother while selecting a chair. This was our second visit and they could not do enough for her. Mother is now sat comfortably in her sitting room. The whole buying process and speed of delivery was outstanding.

I ordered a Bridgewater chair from Shackletons Ltd. in Batley, 359 Bradford Road Batley WF17 5PH
I ordered a Bridgwater High Back Chair from Shackletons Ltd. and the service I received was excellent. Bill Marshall was very helpful, patient and friendly (actually he had the patience of Job) when I went to the showroom in Batley. He was very knowledgeable about the type of chair that would be best for me and the correct measurements. I also had communications with Martin Hill who kept me informed as to the progress of the chair and when delivery would take place.
I would recommend Shackletons to my friends because the service I received there was the best customer service I have ever received.
