I didn't listen to the reviews on several websites as I decided to purchase a set of hoodies from Shadow Hill. It has been several weeks and my hoodies have not been sent. I have contacted shadow hill multiple times and they are very irresponsive. They do not reply to their emails and do not have a phone number to be contacted through. Multiple people have been scammed by this brand. They take your money and do not send your products nor do they provide you with a refund. I contacted them on Instagram and was blocked. DO NOT order from Shadow Hill they do not care about their customers AT ALL. All of the negative reviews are true and I wish I would've listened. I would give this brand 0 stars if I could. It's the worst.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I contacted them regarding my order that i never got, and they didn't even provide any help. My order has still not arrived, after 4 MONTHS, and no refund!

No customer service communicataion at all.

I am so upset with the service provided by shadow hill. I placed an order early March, the item was not listed as out of stock yet they emailed me saying they had none and it would take extra time. Over a month later the item was shipped, this now brings my order to April. It is now June 29 and i have not received my item. Shipping has take over TWO MONTHS and no one has reached out to communicate on the problems.Not impressed with the service whatsoever.

Not sure why there are so many reviews about bad experiences on here. My only issue with them is that most of their stuff was out of stock in my size, yet those specific products were still being actively advertised all over social media. That's why 4 stars. Otherwise, I ordered a hoodie and it was fantastic quality. I got a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and it shipped with a tracking number the following day. Arrived within a week of ordering (during a global pandemic, no less). Be wary of the fact that the few people with bad experiences are more likely to post a negative review than the many with positive experiences are likely to post a positive one. That's why I wanted to post this. No company is perfect, but this was a high quality article of clothing and I had a great experience. Do your own research, don't just trust the few bad reviews on here.

I bought the white gradient pullover hoodie, and let me tell you it was not worth the $120 spent. :( I can get a hoodie from Walmart for $8 that's more comfortable. The quality of this hoodie is extremely poor and just sits in my closet. I've seen many influencers promote their products, and this company is definitely not worth the price. This purchase has turned me off from purchasing from the brand again as a whole. Also, shipping took a few weeks and communication about my order was very poor.

I have been ordering from SH for over three years now and every single item I have received is of incredible quality. Their clothes are so stylish and suit every shape and style. I love how original they are and no other brand has the detail they provide. Could not recommend any more.

Shadow Hill is the best!!! if you're even considering purchasing anything I highly recommend it's so worth it, I live in my sweater and sweatpants definitely my most comfy and stylish fits are from there. Excited to order more in the future as well

At first, I was a little skeptical about ordering from Shadow Hill due to some of the reviews I read about not receiving orders. My experience could not have been any more different! I ordered the Icy Black Lakers Racing Crewneck on February 6th. After a few days, Shadow Hill customer service reached out to me informing me of a production delay due to the popularity of my order. After a few days, there was still no update on shipping so I reached out to CS and they responded to me very quickly, within 48 hours, updating me on the fact that they had received the items in house that day and would be sending it out ASAP. I received my item today, a day early, and only one full day after my contact with CS. The crewneck was exactly as pictured AND SO SO COMFORTABLE. I will be living in it!! Thank you Shadow Hill for keeping me updated throughout the entirety of this process and for your professionalism! I will definitely be ordering from you AGAIN!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM SHADOW HILL. They have the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever ordered from. READ the reviews, so many of them say this same thing. I ordered an item for my daughter and it didn't arrive for 5 WEEKS! She also wanted something from a competing company, TWINFLAMES and they were great. Forget you ever heard of Shadow Hill!

if you buy from shadow hill just expect to be scammed. i payed of 150$ for my pants over a month ago and they haven't arrived. Horrible customer service and nobody to communicate with.

I just received my hoodies I ordered, its very soft inside and my new favorite! Love it!

Super impressed with my Shadow Hill Sweatshirt! Several youtubers that I watch wear these sweatshirts and I always wanted to get one of my own--I'm so glad that I did! The sweaters are amazing quality and certainly worth the price. They are very comfortable and can be dressed up or down to fit whatever style you are going for. I can't wait to buy more!

ShadowHill USA has awesome deisgns! their checkout makes it easy to buy your items and they most of the time always have a sale! I'm subscribed to the emails and they always have some sort of discount! my favourite singer wears their hoodies a lot so i thought i'd buy one. it's so hard to pick just one design, but i know it will be good quality lasting me years!!!
