I ordered something a month ago and was promised it would come before Christmas and it still has not yet shown up. They don’t answer back to any emails sent. I spent 250$ to basically get scammed. Please save your money and purchase from someone else!

Absolutely terrible service. It has been four weeks since my purchase and UPS is yet to receive my package. I have emailed back and forth several times and have only been told lies and excuses. I spent too much money for this type of service.

I would think twice before ordering from Shadow Hill. I ordered one blue emergency warning hoodie (order number 26675) and had they charged me twice the price. I emailed them twice and never received an answer.

Shadow Hill is a completely unreliable store. I placed my order about a month ago and it still has not shipped. I have emailed for an update on my order and I still have not received an answer. I thought the other negative experiences were just occasional flukes but it's obvious they're not. More and more people are complaining and I sincerely suggest whoever is planning to buy anything from Shadow Hill to look for a better option as you will not be lucky. Your order will not ship in time and customer service will not answer you. There are plenty of cheaper and better quality options like Champion. Unless you are an influencer whose opinion actually matters to them, stay away from this store.

I give them a 2 for service. Still haven't received item. They waited 11 days to ship and now will miss Christmas. Never again.

Took a month to get a response from the time of order. Ended up getting a refund absolute trash service from shadow Hill USA

i just want my s*** delivered, no tracking number or anything and its almost been a month, wont buy again

DONT EVER BUY A SINGLE PIECE OF CLOTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
the WORST customer service ever, they don't respond to you and also won't let you know when "there was a back order delay on the product" and it takes them 2 weeks to ship the order LOL
i was never informed. no apology whatsoever. so f***ing rude

honestly save yourself money by avoiding this piece of sh**. not worth the money or your time

Buyer beware. There is no cutomer servicce. Oh, there is a "no reponse ever" email. If you are like me and ordered one of those $100 sweatshirts (verified by PAYPAL), and you don't reecive it there is no one to talk to nor will anyone address your email. You won't get a "we shipped this" or a tracking number so you can't trace it yourself. You have been warned,

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughters birthday and now almost 3 weeks later i have no idea when it is shipping since they don't respond my emails and cant find a number to call. They of course took the money ASAP but I do not have the product or any idea of when it will ship out.
In this day in age I am shocked that there are companies that conduct business this way and have the nerve to take your money and deliver your order when ever they please. I am never buying from this store again, now send me my order!!!

I love shadow hill’s clothing. I’ve bought off of them 3 times and own 3 hoodies and love them all. They’re all such a great quality and the comfiest hoodies!

My favourite brand! I've made multiple orders from Shadow Hill, and I love them all. They're definitely my most worn sweatshirts & there are always so many styles available to choose from. They're also extremely comfortable.

Shipping is fast and quality is great! I ordered two sweatshirts and they were both exactly as described and have held up perfectly. I have placed orders multiple times and never had an issue

Do not deal with this company. There customer service is sooooo bad. Ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday. They took money immediately of course. Receive email that it shipped. A month later, after birthday has passed, I send email asking where it is. Five minutes later they say it was lost, now out of stock but I can have something else. Why did it take a call from me to find out it was lost and out of stock. Just a big scam.

I ordered a XS purple crystal hoodie and I love it!! it feels like a normal $25 hoodie tho. But it’s v cute. I had to pay an extra $25 for taxes and stuff, so that sucked. So overall, this hoodie was wayyyy too overpriced. $125 CAD man... but still cute

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Customer service is EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL . Called multiple times during work hours without anyone responding. Requested a size change online (as one of their staffs instructed) but haven’t received a response for almost two weeks.

Honestly, their customer service is so bad. I got sent a faulty hoodie and they told me to send it back. I had to pay for the shipping back myself which cost an extra $30 EVEN THOUGH I WAS SENT A FAULTY sweatshirt as they don't accept international returns. I was told I would get an email when it arrived back at their warehouse, but a month passed by and I heard nothing so I decided to email them to ask them if it had arrived back and sure enough, it had and i wasn't even told. They then said they would send me another one that exact day, so I asked for the tracking and they didn't even ship it until 6 days later... when they said to me they would ship it the same day. Their customer service is so so bad.

Best styles, great quality, awesome customer service! Will be getting all my sweats from here from now on!
