Do NOT BUY from this company

Do NOT BUY from this company. You risk losing your money. They take the money and don’t supply the order. Consumer Affairs have made a PUBLIC WARNING to prospective customers. Additionally, their jewellery that has “diamonds” are just cheap lab diamonds.

Please before you consider approaching…

Please before you consider approaching this business, read this review!!!!!! Consumer Affairs had to get involved to help get our refund back.
3 pieces of jewellery were purchased and paid IN FULL over the months of Dec 2024 & Jan 2025. Allow me to give you an overview of what happened. Have all the screenshots provided for anyone who needs to see how legitimate our experience was.
Arpee gave her full attention to help sort our pieces, she even drove to our home to try show how genuine she is for her business. It was only when she asked for payments in full for all 3 pieces it was downhill from there. From frequent weekly broken promises of delivering 'next friday' , constant lies, no evidence of seeing the pieces had even been completed are only 5% of what we went through with Arpee. Our pieces were to be ready by 24th Jan 2025 & until today is how long of a ride this process has been. In March we were advised our pieces were being photographed & once that was done, she would deliver by the Friday. We had full trust in Arpee & believed each new weekly excuse that would come through. We had contacted so-called photograher who advised he has not worked with Arpee for 18 months. That is when we knew she was taking us for a ride & no pieces had actually been completed. We had great help from a gentleman in Consumer Affairs Victoria that we cannot thank enough who assisted with us getting a FULL refund of all 3 pieces. This is a business who struggles with managing cash flow & does not actually use the money to start making your pieces until another poor customer buys something. We are extremely disappointed & wish we never went through with Arpee as we had been fully transparent & had put trust into her. All we gotten in return are lies, excuses, victim blaming, & no accountability until Consumer Affairs had gotten involved. This is what happens when you are too good to people. Happy to report that we have taken our business elsewhere with a jeweller that is honest, client focused, & is a REAL business.
If you have gotten this far to reading this review I hope you really do reconsider & not fall for Arpee's false persona. We really should have considered the negative reviews before going ahead to do anything with Arpee as we ourselves know are not the only customers who are/have been affected.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RIPPED ME OFF $27K AND IS REFUSING TO PAY IT BACK!!! I have used her prior, and she's always delivered well after her promised delivery date. But this time, I purchased a diamond necklace. First payment, I had a digit incorrect on the BSB so she insisted I pay it again. On contacting the bank, they said the money had reached her account. She lied about sending the necklace, lied about refunding money that is not rightfully hers, sent fake bank emails and was belligerent in all my dealings. It's now six weeks and she has almost $30,000 of my money with no necklace and has stolen my money. Every day it's a different excuse. Now she doesn't even reply. I have now engaged lawyers to act on my behalf and will take this as far as I possibly can.

THEY RIP YOU OFF

The woman (Arpee Shannakian) who runs this company is a THIEF. She takes your money and does not provide your jewellery. BEWARE. She ripped me for over $2,000. I have seen MANY NEG reviews with the exact same experience as me, however she somehow manages to have them removed. I have all the relevant agencies after her which unfortunately is a long winded process. PLEASE report her and her BUSINESS even though to do so can be a bit painful.
