Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could.
Total rubbish, 2 Bras in a large were TOTALLY different sizes. Nowhere close to correct sizing and worse quality than Shien. AVOID

Poor quality, ordered 2 of same bra got 2 extremely different garments, neither fit. Customer service is a joke.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. One of the bras I ordered was the wrong colour and size. The other bra was very poorly made, the wrong size and not Jelly as described on the website. They will only refund if the products were damaged, not if they were incorrect. Especially because they were sale items, which all their products seem to be. They also deduct money each month, which I now have to get my bank to stop. Beware!

I never received my package and…

I never received my package and contacted customer support, they said they would send a replacement, then proceeded to tell me that my package was delivered successfully when it wasn't, when I went outside to get the package it was not there, then they proceeded to send me pictures of a building I do not live in, and still won't give me a refund or send the replacement. Wasted $82 they basically stole my money.

Poor fit!

I had sooo much faith that this company's bras would fit me that I ordered 5 bras, and NOT ONE FIT PROPERLY. AND WITHIN 24 Hours of my receiving and opening my order, I inquired about returns/REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD VIA EMAIL, THAT THEY DONT DO RETURNS UNLESS YOU PAY A $33 RESHIPMENT FEE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE. I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY OR YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO GIVE YOUR BRAS TO!

Beyond poor service

Beyond poor service!
I placed this order on 1 March, and they have my address, email, and payment details. Yet, despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I was asked to provide my mobile number, which I did. Despite all of this, my order has still not been shipped, and I have not received any response from their end.
Besides, if a contact number was required, it should have either been a mandatory field during checkout, or they could have contacted me via the email address associated with the order instead of waiting for repeated follow-ups from my side.
What is even more frustrating is that every time I send a follow up email, I receive a hold email response and the ticket is then marked as resolved!!!! When the issue is clearly not resolved at all!!!!!
I am not sure if I will ever get my order, and even if I do, I wonder what the quality will be like!
