I am having such difficulty exchanging (3) items that I ordered - all too small. Consistent emails asking for the same information; with multiple Customer Support Agents involved. Why does this need to be so difficult? I am very close to just donating the bras I have and NEVER purchasing from this company again. I will give them 48 hours to remedy the situation.

Let me start this off by saying DO NOT…
Let me start this off by saying DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I will not out right call them a scam but that is what it feels like. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get my money back for a purchase that I never received and they just told me that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Not to mention this process has been going on for TWO WEEKS!! TWO WEEKS!!! it was just last week that I got my bank involved but I wanted to give Shapdely customer service a chance to resolve it but it took too long. Just about every company has insurance on items so that there is some sort of protection for the customer and Shapdely does not have that. I believe this company is based in china so also prepare yourself that customer service to take 2 business days and sometimes 4 business days to get back to you because that's how long it took for them to get back to me. To also try to get compensation for the items they have stated that they will reship the items again but you will be charged for a shipping fee. In my eyes that does not make sense because why would I be charged for something that was not my fault. I have provided them my address yet they stated that they left my package by the mailboxes which is out to the public, so it is their carriers fault for not making it a point to deliver my package to MY address. Right now I am having a hard time adding a review to their site and if anyone knows how to add a review to their site please let me know because the 4.7 that they have does not match up with the horrific experience I just had. Due to them not being responsible for lost or stolen packages I lost $52 with Shapely. Luckily my bank was able to credit me the money but I will be forwarding the emails that shapedly has sent to me regarding them not refunding me my money. So again I tell you all please do not order here because if you end up in the same situation as me you will not get your money back and you will have to count your money lost at that point. I went by the reviews on their site but that is making me believe that some of those reviews are bots. Please be careful with these starter companies they do not protect their customers even after you have put your trust in them. I really hope many of you all see my review because I really wouldn't want you all to go through what I went through with them and this is not the economy to be losing money in. just take my advice and save your money.

Bras XXL per Shapedly’s sizing chart
1st Review, 2/26/26: Bras XXL per Shapedly’s sizing chart, are definitely not accurate. No,paperwork was included with the packaging. I was impressed by a email from Lisa, who “noticed that my order had not yet been delivered and offered me a discount on another item”. The 3 bras were delivered the next day, and it was very visibly obvious that they were WAY too small. Customer service response was initially excellent, then…several emails, and photos later, became nonexistent. I cannot recommend this company. We’ll see how long it takes to get a return label and refund.
Update 3/5/26: After reading many more reviews about this company, Shapedly, I believe this is pretty much a ‘bait and switch’ game. They sent, per their sizing chart, XXL bras, which, when received I measured at 26” around. Their ‘quick and easy’ return policy is narrow to the point of nonexistent. Now they want to send me my “correct size” for an additional shipping fee. I have notified PayPal about this company. I absolutely cannot recommend them.

I did not care for the rubbery texture of this bra. I ordered my regular size, and it was very small. I assumed they would exchange it but was told that if it wasn’t DAMAGED, they would not give money back. Very poor business tactic! They did offer an exchange if postage was paid for the return and the new shipment plus another charge. I just don’t trust them! If you want a great bra with excellent customer service, try Body&Bra.
