I received my Shapedly bras. I was disappointed that the size did not match with the chart. They were too small. The other factor in my final decision was the fabric of the bra. I was not impressed. On February 17 & 19, I emailed the company and requested a refund. I just keep getting a runaround to exchange the bras. They could fit me with the right side. I DO NOT want the right size, as I DO NOT like the fabric of the bras. I am entitled to a refund.

I love the deals at time of purchase easy to order

They size was too small. They refused to exchange it. Said I bought it on sale. Also, the sale promotion advertised on social media was false.

I look great in the shape wear. I had one that did not fit. They sent me 2 more and all i had to pay was the shipping cost. I was apprehensive at first but it was in the contract. They were really nice in explaining everything to me so that I could understand. Great customer service.

So far so good with product experience

The bras are smaller then what they should be. The company doesn't not do returns, exchanges or refunds. Customer service will not help in anyway to find a solution except for asking you to spend more on bras you don't want.

The bra is not as advertised. It is flimsy and not supportive. This company does not offer refunds. They offer replacementments but who wants a replacement for a poorly made product.Beware.

I would rate the product big ZERO if it's available!
I was scammed! I tried to return the bras as the material is VERY thin and does not offer support at all! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that they won't allow returns.

This is the reply I got from customer service when I asked for a refund.

"I understand your disappointment with the material and the support it offers.
We don't offer refunds for issues related to the perceived support or material thickness, as these are subjective. However, if you'd like to try a different size that might offer more compression, we can arrange a reshipment for a fee."
I want a full refund and not a replacement of another inferior product.

LOVE this company!!! I ordered the wrong size and the company was not only quick to respond, but they were willing to work with for a reasonable solution. I love the feel (quality) of my shape wear and feel confident that it will last a very long time. I also feel more confident as it really does hide my extra tummy rolls, back fat and lifts my bottom! And lost importantly…. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day.. no restricted feeling or feeling like my insides are being rearranged :).

There measurements are way off. Much smaller than needed. I tried to return my 3 bras bought online to be told no return unless faulty. I can't even exchange for bigger size. Such a waste of money. Don't get scammed. For a global company they offer no customer support.

Would never recommend this company. Took ages for delivery and the sizing was all wrong. They refused to accept a return so now I am going to give them to the Salvation Army. Amazon accepts returns. This company is pathetic and has no concept of customer service.

I got a change to try a new product.

I received the faja late then when I open it, it had a strong chemical smell. I emailed them for a few days straight. Then the response they gave me was they can give me an exchange because it came fine and to give them money for shipping. I could swear that damage falls into a chemical smell..who would put that on their body. It has all its original everything, did not wear it at all..and they will not give me my money back..they are the worse..I would never shop here again.. the better options are shapellx abd shaperx..I should have stayed with them. Plus these people aren't even BBB accredited. I have been emailing these people to even tell them my problem and they do not respond. Don't waste your money in this mess.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I was measured by a reputable lingerie retailer and ordered my size based on Shapedly’s sizing chart. The bras I received were at least 2 sizes too small and arrived long after the promise date. I didn’t receive the colours I ordered either. I reached out to customer service and was told I could not return because the items were not damaged but I was offered the opportunity to get new sizes shipped to me at MY COST! The product is crap! The service is terrible. The only reason I have 1 star was because that was the only way I could leave this review.

Cost and ease of ordering

Customer service gets 0 starts bought the 2 bras for $28.99 even supplied them with screen shots and never got an actual answer. Their exchange / refund policy is a joke their sizing chart was wrong so I can pay postage and get an exchange but they did not address the false advertising at all. I gave up as a bad joke and will never waste my money again.

Product is cheap feeling and cups small. I bought as per their sizing guide and it was so big around the back I could put it on like a shirt and so small in the cup I spilled over.
