Order delivered fast and efficiently.

We’ll never received my order I placed in April still waiting and as well got email that one item is out of stock and tried to exchange with Rachel their ai assistance no gone then told it will be another 3-5 business days. Overall not a great experience and u can’t seem to talk to anyone

Arrive in this timeframe that I was given, which was six weeks. The quality of the merchandise. The only thing that I had a problem with was the sizing as what do you do when your stomach is larger than your breast. Cause they’re two different sizes. How can we get help with this?

I was offered an opportunity to apply an additional discount to items that were already on sale. As I tried to complete the order, I was not able to apply the discount code. I started a chat with SHAPERMINT AI, that was escalated to a live representative. The live rep worked diligently with my order and sent me a link. The link allowed me to apply the discount code and my order was reduced even more. The sales representative's name was JOY. JOY was friendly, efficient, and professional. Most of all, JOY made sure that SHAPERMINT honored the discount code that was offered to me for being a long-standing customer.

Very easy to order and very easy to return if you’re not happy with your purchase. Staff are friendly. Love the bras!!

Comfortable soft material. Very supportive bra. Had to exchange for size only but return was quick and easy and received replacements in 2 days.

I’ve been searching for a bra that suits my needs for decades and finally found them in Shapermint. Very comfortable, the only bra that doesn’t show silhouette of my nipples. Very very happy with the product.

There’s still a lot to improve on how their website processes purchases from Australia (e.g. quoted in AU$ but charged in US$ which incur bank fees). Having said that, they always resolve and make the necessary refund whenever I reach out. Very trustworthy, responsive and reliable.

The bras are so comfortable. They do have a lot of hooks but they are in the front so easy to get to. I do hope however they will not sign me up for a monthly club thing. I do not need to buy underwear every month., BUT I do love the bras.

I was sceptical at ordering but once I received and tried on my purchase I am more than satisfied and would definitely recommend people to purchase and try for themselves. Great value too and quick delivery.

This company is like many who advertise on Facebook and other social media. They use “gotcha” tactics when ordering by putting offers in front of you before you leave the site or finalize the purchase that look like you are getting a better offer. Then you realize they have doubled or tripled the items in the cart without an opportunity to review the purchase before it is processed. Immediately trying to stop the purchase does no good and the customer service is just another means of strong arming you into the purchase. There are too many of these companies using social media to push their products. As a consumer, I will NOT do business with companies using these underhanded practices.

I had a couple issues. First , when ordering underwear, ended up with an extra two that I didn’t want due to confusing ordering setup. Informed Customer service right away and was told I would be removed from ‘club’ ? Sent these back and ordered cami with remainder of refund. Didn’t fit and didn’t have the rubber to hold bottom in place. I will probably not order from then again.

Fast service. Products I have ordered are all comfortable and have excellent support.

My order came in the amount of time that was told to me . My shapers fit well and I look to get much use of them.

Love the product but hated the buying experience where at checkout believed I was being asked to reconfirm my order and ended up with double my order - which I could not immediately cancel. Felt duped.

The items arrived really quickly. They were packaged well. Really good fit and great quality. Would definitely recommend.
