I mean seriously, response time was very fast, Myleene Miningrig and Julius TechAnalysis were specifically assigned to my issue regarding hardware wallet integration with Shapeshift and they were able to solve my problems swiftly and efficiently.

Setting up my ShapeShift and KeepKey wallet was a very frustrating experience and if it had not been for the informative emails from the customer service reps, I would still be having trouble. The chat box was a very easy way to get answers to simple questions and I was very pleased with my contact with them
and would give them an " A ". But I must add that my preference for getting info is still personal contact by phone. Hope that happens soon.

1st time using ShapeShift , and with someone pretty "new" to crypto currency , it is hard for me sometimes to trading correctly and understand what i am doing with the plafrom i worked with, sometime i feel dumb , its true. But the first sight that ShapeShift gave me was friendly plafrom which is not too saddy , not too comlicated , or too many information
* with me that enough , i dont need the tool that too comlicated far than my knowleged simple and easy to use.

Great project, awsome support. Swap made easy but miners fee not reflected clearly. This should be on front swap screen then its flawless.

To say it's rare for me to write reviews would be an understatement, but when you see a unicorn you want to tell everyone.

In the world of cryptocurrency ShapeShift's customer service is that unicorn.They are simply the best, without question.

As for the site itself I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who are new to cryptocurrency. It's very clean,simple to use and not as complex and intimidating as other exchanges can be. And if you have a question just click that button on the button left, they'll take great care of you.

Erik is one of the few crypto influencers that I follow. He's genuine and it shines through ShapeShift. Something we desperately need more of in blockchain.

I have had a couple of times where I required customer service from ShapeShift and they have always been very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. When they get a tough problem they won't let go until it is resolved. Great service all around!

Great customer support! All issues resolved in a timely fashion. Good communication throughout the process. One suggestion is to automatically email recipes of trade transactions on the shapeshift dex with also a link to block explorer. Also integrate keepkey into metamask or other web3 browsers.
