This instant exchange is the best I find till now. For me it's the best exchange which I use on regular basis as every crypto investor needs this kind of exchange alot.
The best thing is that they provide exchange value as low as 0.1$ which makes this exchange totally different from all the exchanges in the market as every instant exchange has basic limit for tokens exchange like for btc 10$ is minimum and for eth 5$ is minimum but in case of shapeshift they have lowest of all.
The exchange happens instantly and they provide full value of tokens without any cheat.

2FA reset process went smoothly. No frustrating tasks and questions asked like with other crypto related exchanges.
I needed to reset 2FA on many crypto platforms and services lately because I have no longer access to my phone with authenticator. Resetting it on Shapeshift went with the speed of light comparing to others. Thank you

Very fast assistance and great solution to the encountered problem. Tip for improvement: put 1 customer service agent on a ticket, rather than more, so they're up to date on the ticket history. This way, agents will not reiterate previously proposed and tested actions.

I had several issues with my JAXX wallet that uses the ShapeShift exchange and, more recently, getting a promotion hardware wallet at Shape Shift. Most of my dealings were with Julius whose service I found to be fast, to the point, accurate, beneficial and in terms a novice can understand.

I don't usually take the time to fill out surveys but his five star service required I go the extra mile.

Wonderful team, quickly resolved unforeseen issue and stayed in contact entire time working on it. I couldn’t be happier with this companies support staff.

Great user experience, slick interface

Nothing is perfect. Especially within the cryptosphere. But when you look at what the crypto community aims for on the positive and moral side of things, ShapeShift comes out on top.
Constantly improving their product and maintaining a very transparent business model is no easy task, relying heavily upon honest actors to take part in their community. That being said, ShapeShift has made changes to keep that community clean and full of good people, albeit reluctantly. Cryptocurrency has long bragged about anonymity but in order for any business related to crypto to ever be considered legitimate and be able to stand up for itself in court cases, it must follow local laws and regulations - ShapeShift has simply chosen to work with rather than fight against that. If no one accepts it because it's not legal, you've done nothing for the crypto community. So kudos to them there.
As for using their product... Compared to any other hardware wallets (and no I haven't tried every one) the keepkey is amazingly easy and intuitive. My only quarrel with it being the lack of controls via the web based ui - though, once again, they are constantly improving this and it is very new (less than a year since launch at the time of this writing). And to defend that further, there is still the chrome extension that does give more utility.
I also love the graphic design of the charts. It can be a little slow to load them at times, but it is always current data up to the minute and personalized for your wallets contents.
If you enjoy trading and don't want to give up custody of your coins this exchange is hands down the only option worth ever looking into. Trading is super easy, very accurate and transparent. If anything goes awry during a trade then you simply use their 24/7 help chat in the bottom corner of your ui and let them know. Which leads me to my last focus.
I have made many many trades with ShapeShift, starting long before they ever required KYC. At first I was sad when they made that change, having some of the same feelings towards anonymity as most crypto fanatics. However, I know what it takes to run a business and over the years ShapeShift has aimed to be nothing but an honest, transparent one and has, in my opinion, done nothing but improve with each day and hurdle. I am sure someone will have had an experience to say otherwise (perception is what it is), and hey, sometimes people have bad days. But every time I've ever contacted ShapeShift's support team they have been the most pleasant staff of any that I have ever worked with. While interacting with them I always felt like more of a fellow member of their community rather than a cash cow to make money off of.
I could go on for pages with specifics, but I just want to say that if you're reading this review because you want an honest opinion, give these guys an honest full fledged chance. It may not end up being the perfect service for you, but you won't regret it or get duped out of anything here. What you see is what you get.

I had problems with my KeepKey shipment, contacted the customer support service and they resolved my issue instantly!

Had a serious issue and I contacted shapeshift to see if they could help me out. They went above and beyond when it came to customer service.
Because of their outstanding customer service and great communication I was was able to fix my problem ASAP.
I normally never review but in this case ShapeShift and their support deserve the credit!!

I love the ShapeShift non custodial exchange for a start.
The support team are also very helpful at troubleshooting.
I had an issue connecting my keepkey hardware wallet to an electrum wallet. It was an easy fix but I would not have figured it out without the support of the ShapeShift team.
Looking forward to being able to sign transactions and verify holdings directly from the keepkey wallet.
