We have been working with Paragon Skills training for a while now and have always had a great relationship with them. The Tutor Zoe is very supportive and the communication is great. We have always had great pass results too.

Zoe Swinburn is my tutor and she has been so supportive and explains everything so well to help me with my studying.
It’s been a long time since I’ve studied so it’s definitely and adjustment with me hectic life. However, Zoe has made the whole experience enjoyable

Hannah Watkiss has been amazing during my level 3 course. Hannah is always supportive and is always happy to talk through things with me to make sure I know what I’m doing next. I can always rely on Hannah.

My tutor has been so supportive, and kind throughout my apprenticeship. She is always there for me when i need some support, and is patient with any questions that i ask. I honestly don’t know what i would have done without my tutor, she has helped me complete my level 2 childcare qualification and i am currently still doing my level 3 qualification. After a shaky start with my apprenticeship and problems with tutors I finally got the best Tutor, her name is Sarah Ashton. This lady gave me the most amazing help and guid d me on through to the end of my course and through my exams, all of which I have passed. Not only was she the best tutor, she has boosted my confidence in myself and my job and for that I will be forever grateful. I am now qualified and for a 56 year old taking on a new role at this career path this has been the experience of a lifetime. Thank you Sarah for having faith in me!!

I am currently working through my level 3 in childcare. I started in July 2024. Sophie Hampshire is my tutor and she has been so supportive and helpful I am so glad to have her as my tutor. Thank you Sophie!

Over the past two and a half years ago I have worked very close with assessor Sophie Hampshire and she is an absolute credit to the shaping lives team. Sophie has helped support numerous apprentices who have all been successful in completing their qualification and has formed a good partnership with our company. Sophie goes above and beyond with her students and always offers them in support whether this may directing them to workshops or explaining the task again. Sophie has fantastic knowledge and understands the pressure which settings hold to maintain ratios and is happy to arrange calls to suit us or even rearrange when necessary. We are so lucky to have Sophie as our settings dedicated assessor and we would highly recommend Sophie Hampshire!

I felt so supported throughout my whole journey doing my apprenticeship and I couldn’t have asked for more. Sophie was able to help me whenever I needed it and was always very happy to. I couldn’t have gotten to the end without her!

My tutor kerry was amazing. Couldn't of done it without her. She was really helpful and always only a text or phone call away. She helped me understand what I needed to do and make it a very lovely experience. I throughly enjoyed my course because of kerry. Lovely lady when she came in to see me too always made me feel like I was doing great which helped me to keep working hard.

My assessor Kerry Lemart has been absolutely fantastic throughout my level 2 and 3. She's super supportive and easy to talk to, I've probably not been the easiest student but she's persevered and pushed me to finish my goals.

my tutor kerry is very supportive, always making sure i’m up to date and doing well. if im struggling she is there to phone or text and will give me the advice and tips i need. :)

Sharon Gladman has been so supportive of all our learners.We will continue to use Paragon as this has taken some of the pressure of myself the manager. Two of our recent staff who passed there level 3 both got a distinction.

We have always had a great relationship with our account manager Kyra Gannon, she goes out of her way to offer all the support she can. Understanding the processes around apprenticeships can be a minefield, but Kyra is always very knowledgeable & nothing is too much trouble, she is always happy to explain/help. Signing up apprentices is a straight forward process, and after enrolment the tutors have all been great for our staff, giving support & help, They are reliable, communicate well & work with myself as the employer so that our goals for the learner are shared.

My assessor has been really helpful with helping me with my level 3 childcare. Everytime Iv messaged her she’s always got back to me and I’m now well ahead of my coursework so hopefully I’ll complete it before my set date. Shes easy to talk to.

I’m just finishing my Level 5 qualification and I don’t know how I would have got through it without Suzanne Hardy! She is a fantastic tutor - knowledgeable, kind, patient and supportive both personally and professionally! Suzanne goes above and beyond for her students and I feel so lucky she became my tutor and has supported me all the way through to the end! I can’t thank her enough!

I have just finished my level 5 with Suzanne Hardy as my tutor. What can i say..Suzanne is knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely supportive as a tutor. She is there every single step of the way!
