I needed to adjust my order and was having problems navigating to customer portal to make this change. I called the customer support line and Kayla helped make the changes. She was prompt, pleasant and courteous and even made suggestions to tailor my order to my needs. Thank you Kayla!

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY

The only reason for my 5 star rating is because of the customer support rep Kayla J. She is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with the issue I called with. As for Shapiro, I never used the product. However, I think they need to make it much clearer, as in, visible, that you'll be charged nearly $150 without notice in 30 days. Supposedly, that bit of information is written somewhere at the end near checking out of the trial deal, but it's definitely written where no one pays attention enough to be aware of it.

Kayla was SO helpful!!!

Kayla was warm, professional and polite. She listened well and quickly grasped both my questions and my needs. She helped me know how to get into my account, and then reset my account for exactly what I wanted. She made it easy and pleasant. Great Job!!!

Great customer service

I called today to cancel my subscription. I spoke to Kayla, who was very helpful. I love Shapiro MD hair care system, but a 3 month supply lasts me 6 months, I now have enough to last another year. Kayla let me know I can change my subscription to every 6mts, or even 9mths. That's perfect!

I was getting ready to cancel my subscription to Shapiro MD, when I had called and Pamela E. had answered my call to cancel my order. Pamela had asked why and I told her because I didn’t really think that the product was helping the way I thought it should have. Pamela proceeded to ask me why I wasn’t taking another product? I told her that I didn’t even know about it and what it does. She explained to me the purpose of it and suggested that I give this product a try. Because of her understanding, I am now going to try this new product and see how this works. I am very excited to try this. Thank you Pamela for the suggestion and opportunity to try this! 🤗

A very satisfy customer

on 4/8/2023 I received an email confirming my auto delivery treatment kit. I was very upset because I didnt enroll in any auto delivery. I called on 4/21/23 to inquiry about the auto delivery order. I spoke with Pamela Englert.
First she apologized for the inconvenience and she explain what happen then she offer a better price for the treatment kit and she will apply the better price on the recent order and reimbursed the difference to me. I was so delightful with her service that I decided to keep the auto delivery order monthly.
I want to praise her for great customer servicing. She's truly an asset. Thank you Pamela!
