We are very pleased with all our windows, doors & bifold supplied & fitted by Shard Solutions. Steve, Stuart, Grant, Aaron & Peter are great, they provide excellent customer service & good workmanship. Vicki & Chloe are very friendly & helpful they ensure the process runs smoothly.

The installation of the Glass door at East Surrey Museum went very smoothly, cost was as quoted, good communication, turned up on time and on date for the install, engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend and for anyone to call in at the museum to see the door in operation.

The person arrived before time which was perfect. They fitted the porch, explained how to use the latch. Showed me where to use the lubricant on the locks and what to use for the key. Cleaned up themselves. Thank you 😊

I researched many providers for my install of a dual bi-fold and large picture window. Shard Solutions were not local to me but they could give me exactly what I wanted. From the first introduction with Tony the Salesman, to Stuart who conducted the survey to Aaren and Grant who carried out the install the delivery was seamless. And not to forget Vicki at the office who supported all my wobbles when confirming and re-confirming my colours. Their products are first class and absolutely I will be recommending them.

This was the third & final section of my works. As before appointments always on time, visits as agreed and booked, workmanship & quality excellent.

Excellent service from all those that helped with our new front door installation from the initial consultation through to the closing paperwork. Everyone in the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The product looks and feels fantastic as well.

From the moment we got in touch with Shard the team have been incredibly professional, friendly and informative. The initial quote visit, through to measurement and final install was very smooth. The team were all incredibly considerate while on site and have delivered a superb service. I would highly recommend Shard and we will be ensuring we go back to them in the future!
