All the staff at Shard have been fantastic. They have a good range of products in the showroom and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The installation went very smoothly and the fitters were excellent. We are so pleased with our new doors, window and skylight - they look amazing.

Windows fitted with no fuss, was expecting a 3 day fitting but they completed in 2 days.Workmen were very good & cleaned up as they worked, when they left there was minimal disruption, very pleased with the fitting & the windows look lovely.

The Shard solutions team, were engaging and understanding of our requirements and able to supply and importantly from our point of view instal the right solution for us. They were very happy to accommodate a couple of small finishing requests we wanted to give the perfect finish. Steve and Pete, the installation team were clearly experienced professional, quick in their work and neat and tidy.

We recently had a new front door and side window supplied and installed by Shard Solutions in Caterham. The whole process from the initial survey through to installation has been faultless. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, polite and professional. The workmanship of the two installers that fitted the door was excellent. They took away the old door, re-rendered and left the place spotless. I would have no hesitation in using Shard Solutions again and would highly recommend them.

This is a family run company with a very good showroom locally in Caterham so we were able to view and test the quality of the products first.
This was not the experience we had from the more expensive direct sales companies who visited us with over inflated quotes and spurious sales tactics.
Despite having a showroom, Shard prices were still very reasonable and we were very pleased with the quality of the end products, (a new front door, frame and window). The from start to finish, everyone knew what they were doing and the fitters took their time to ensure the final look and finish was spot on.
I would recommend Shard because of this. Well done!

Shard were brilliant. Found them to be helpful in the initial stages when we were deciding what windows we wanted / needed. Tony was great at suggesting solutions to any issues we raised. Really happy with the installation. The engineer Louis was fantastic providing a really professional job while finding solutions to issues as they arose. We would definitely recommend.
