ShareNow Parking and Poor Customer Service
Share now car was parked in allowed parking.
However Q park failed to notice it is a sharenow car. They issues a ticket. Now shareNow customer services instead of addressing this with Q park are asking me to handle this case. Customer services keep sending email to another department and that other department does not even have a telephone. Poor service. It is a ShareNow and Q park issue and ShareNow customer services is refusing to assist.

Car was parked in allowed zone with 2 hours parking and the parking guard possibly did not notice it was share now car. Please instead of telling me to reach q park , share now has to reach Q park. It is a share-now issue. see shareNow site parking information. Car was parked in complete compliance.

Dear Thomas,
Our customer service cannot handle the parking tickets that we receive from private parking providers such as Q Park, and therefore they are asking you to contact our department for fines and tickets. So it is not because they refuse to help, but they simply don’t have access to the tickets and can therefore not assist in the matter.
The 2-hour parking rules only goes for public parking spaces and is also only applicable if the space has no other restrictions during certain hours or days throughout the week. Q Park is a private parking provider and thus you cannot park here unless the actual space is on our list of special parking - and in this case our parking rules still apply. This could be the reason for you getting the ticket, but it cannot be determined without more information. As we do not handle personal information on Trustpilot, we advise you to contact our department for fees and tickets. Furthermore, if the ticket has been issued correctly, then it is a matter between the driver / customer and Q Park. This also described in our terms and conditions pt. 16.4.

Really shameful business practices
Really shameful business practices.
For two times that I tried to charge the cars, I followed the instructions and nothing. The first one they gave me no credit even though they promise it. The second time, made me waste almost 15 minutes trying to charge the car for nothing. All that time was just used for them to charge me more, and when asked to get e refund for poor instructions on their end, they say “no” and give me another set of complete different instructions, and even those made even less sense. So I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They make money out of poor UIs so you get confused and the timer just keeps running and they say screw you. I’ve already asked them to close my account. Won’t use this service ever again and neither will anyone that I know of.

When a customer charges our cars, they can earn SHARE NOW credits. This is only if the electric car is under 30% battery and left in a charger.
