Share Point Benefits and use

Share Point is a software which is used by most of the multinational companies for their data management with regards to day to day reporting. The reason behind this is in sharepoint the access can be provided as per the requirement of the user like read only access for the person who should only view but should not edit and read write access for the team who is responsible for preparing the reports and so on. This tool is a secure one as access can be provided only to the users who are in need and so data security can be maintained. Also there is no need to share huge files via email or other mode as the same can be accessed via sharepoint from any where in the world.
