Amazing Customer Service From Tyarra

I bought a Carpet Expert Stain Striker last month but unfortunately the handheld piece stopped working. I called the product support line and talked to Tyarra. She was amazing and made the whole process so easy. We did some troubleshooting which still didn’t work. She arranged the replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the new machine. I bought the Shark Hydrovac last August…

I bought the Shark Hydrovac last August and it is now faulty and leaks everywhere as well as stopping every couple of minutes. I have just got off the phone from shark who will not give me a refund. Instead I have to have it collected next week before they will replace it and they have told me that the warranty will not be upheld if I do not put it in a box. They will not provide me with a box and will not accept it wrapped in cardboard and suggest that I wonder around supermarkets asking if they have anything the right size. So the item I paid £169 for hasn’t lasted a year and now I have to jump through hoops to get a replacement when I just want a refund

Something is going on with them

Something is going on with them. They’ve ‘promised’ a collection. From home of a faulty item twice. Nobody turns up. The CS team waffle away about it being a nice day blah blah but don’t listen to anything you say. Apparently they don’t work or do anything Saturdays and Sundays as ‘they’? Have religious holidays.

What can I say so worth it!

What can I say. Shark have out done themselves. So much better than any other hoover we’ve purchased in the past. Honestly beats Dyson. And more affordable.
Suction is great and the green light really helps look for the dust and tiny rubbish my 4 year old leaves.

bought a Shark hover

bought a Shark hover, pet detect over 12 months ago. The hover was fitted with cheap cable. The cable has started to split in places. For the price of the hover which was £400 I wasn't didnt expect the cabling to split. Now my cable is held together with duck tape.
