Shark ChillPill 3-in-1… a great little device
I just bought the new Shark ChillPill 3-in-1 Fan, Mist & InstaChill System, which is great by the way. I haven’t had much need for it yet but in summer will be very useful I am sure. Fits in your handbag, or take in your gym bag to use after a workout. Nice range of colours too.

I didn’t like it when you stop…
I didn’t like it when you stop hoovering for a minute it wouldn’t stand up to be left you had to switch off & lie it down. Also I am a pensioner with arthritis & found it heavy to hold with the dust catcher being at the top. It’s suction was great really picked up every crumb

Fantastic Hoover.
I love lots of the features such as the light at the front of it, the bend on the stick to get under cupboards without kneeling down, the battery power percentage information and the bristle brush that can easily be lowered from the pipe rather than as a separate attachment. The suction is fantastic. Best cordless I have owned.

Customer Service .I have a Shark…Hadrovac
Customer Service .I have a Shark Hydrovac 3 in 1 Wet and Dry Vacuum. I had a problem with a hose which had split .Did not have any information with regard to when I bought it and how long the warranty was. I did Know I must have had 18months or so but that was about it.
Spoke to a lady at customer services who confirmed that they had my information and told me a replacement unit ( Brand New full Body complete ) would be sent to me ASAP Free of charge. This was all done on Friday 17th April 26 .I had e mails sent to me informing me of what was happening.
The Brand New Unit Was Delivered the Very Next Day That Is Saturday 18th April 2026.
What a Fantastic Company And A Customer Service Department they have.
