Great service and product
I’ve received the product very well packaged. The delivery was fast as well. I ordered the vacuum cleaner on Monday or Tuesday and I received it on Thursday. I am also very pleased with the vacuum cleaner. It weights a little bit, however, it does its job very well. I am overall happy.

Service was faultless but it’s the hoover head I give only a 3 star. This is my second head and the hoover is only a year old! I have two dogs and two cats. The hoover is useless with the pet hair. It continually clogs after a couple of uses

Shark's Customer Service sadly lacking.
The Shark items are generally very good, but the company is let down on occasions by very poor, and rude, customer service. An item on a new handheld vacuum was defective. When I contacted Shark they implied it was because I had not followed the instructions. They obviously thought it was my fault that the brand-new item was faulty. They did, however, replace the part. I recently ordered a replacement part for an upright vacuum and that arrived in a reasonable time. The date is an approximation.
Having just read their reply I am mystified. The date of my review? January 2024. The reply? June 2025. Mmmm! On the ball, or what???

I bought an expensive stick vacuum cleaner, with 2 batteries from Shark in Spain. I already had a hand-held shark cleaner - excellent! My new cleaner played up rather soon after purchase, I contacted the firm, we corresponded & I sent videos showing problem. After trying a few things - including replacement motor - I had to return everything and a new cleaner was despatched (arrived a couple of weeks ago). Now that machine has packed up & I don't understand, filters have been kept clean & it's only been used in our villa! For some reason all email traffic has gone from my phone & Shark no longer show an email address for upset customers to use. I love the machine when it's working - but it isn't & is almost new......
