Fantastic vacuum
Finally received my Shark vacuum and have taken it for it’s first outing.
Fantastic results so far. I was amazed at the amount of dust and particles it lifted given I had just vacuumed (with my old vacuum) 2 days previously.

The Shark with cable is light weight…
The Shark with cable is light weight and easy to handle and has cleaned dust and dirt off the sofa that my previous vacuum did not. (another brand). Most vacuums are clumsy to handle using accesorios but this is simple. Very pleased

Otro consejo: no dejes buenas reviews como hice yo en otras compras..ya que pierdes la posibilidad de cambiar tus opiniones.

Muchas gracias por actualizar su comentario. Sentimos saber que su experiencia sigue siendo insatisfactoria. Como puede comprobar en otras valoraciones, la mayoría de los clientes están muy satisfechos con el servicio que ofrecemos por lo que siempre nos tomamos muy en serio las opiniones de los clientes que no lo están para analizar lo que podríamos haber hecho de manera diferente.
Como ya le hemos comentado en contactos anteriores, usted realizó su pedido en el fin de semana de más trabajo del año. Sin ánimo de buscar excusas en este hecho, me gustaría que entendiera que esta sobrecarga de trabajo hizo que el pedido saliera de nuestro almacén tres días después de que usted lo hubiera realizado. Esto supuso un retraso de uno o dos días sobre el plazo habitual. Le pedimos disculpas por ello.
Cuando se dio cuenta de que el pedido aún no había sido enviado, se puso en contacto con nosotros 3 días después de haberlo realizado para indicarnos que no iba a estar en casa y que quería cancelarlo. En ese momento, el pedido ya estaba en el camión de DHL, por lo que no fue posible cancelarlo. Lamentablemente, una vez que los pedidos han sido entregados a la mensajería, no tenemos ninguna posibilidad de realizar ningún cambio.
En respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso, le indicamos que no podíamos reembolsarle el importe de un pedido que iba a ser enviado. Por lo tanto, le aconsejamos que se pusiera en contacto con DHL para solicitarles que devolvieran su pedido al almacén. Lamento este inconveniente, pero espero que comprenda que el procedimiento es siempre efectuar el reembolso tan pronto como tengamos confirmación en el número de seguimiento de que el pedido está regresando a nuestros almacenes. De lo contrario, podemos hacer reembolsos en pedidos que se entregan posteriormente. Como ha sido su caso.
En cuanto al envío de su pedido. Puedo confirmarle que fue entregado ayer. Por motivos de privacidad no puedo decirle quién lo recogió por este medio, pero he pedido a nuestros agentes que vuelvan a ponerse en contacto con usted para informarle de dónde se entregó.
De nuevo lamentamos que debido a lo anteriormente expuesto su valoración de SharkNinja no sea la que deseamos para todos nuestros clientes. Tomamos nota de todo lo que se podría haber hecho de otra manera para que en el futuro podamos ofrecer en todos nuestros pedidos un servicio de 5 estrellas como el que muchos clientes ya valoran en su experiencia con nuestra marca.

quick and easy purchase with a fast delivery and its particularly good to deal direct with the maker of the vac, we have been using a Dyson cordless for ten years and whilst good it doesnt pick up the same as the Shark. the only drawback is the weight of the vac but like most things we get used to it.

Dyson or Shark
After our mains electric Dyson stopped with a burnt out motor we looked at various cleaners . Our first choice was a Dyson v10, but the price we thought was excessive. We looked at a Katcher vacum cleaner but it was heavy and not practical. We saw the advert for a Shark cleaner and took a chance. So far so good, extremely quiet to use.

Great battery life and performance
Very very pleased with my Shark vacuum cleaner. It feels very solid and well-made. I was a little worried that the battery would keep running down, but the 'eco' mode works so well it actually runs for ages on one charge. Picks up all the dog hairs in the carpet - and the filters and tubes don't get blocked, which was the problem with my old cleaner.
