My Air Fryer came without a user manual

My Air Fryer came without user manual or recipe booklet
I emailed customer support and asked if they could supply the user manual.
They replied saying not possible, they didn't have any spare and suggested I download one from a link they provided.
I replied saying this wasn't acceptable as I don't have a printer nor did I want to have to use my phone to look at a pdf when cooking.
They replied again saying sorry but there was nothing else thy could do ..
I replied and asked them if they could not print off a copy and post it to me..
They replied and said no..not possible.

So there you have it, a large company that was unable and or unwilling to provide the user manual ..

I purchased the SharkNinja 3in1 air…

I purchased the SharkNinja 3in1 air purifier back in 2022. Kept up the maintenance on it and changed out the filter as per the maintenance guidelines. The unit stopped working in October of 2025. As per SharkNinja customer support, the unit was no longer under warranty and my only option was to replace the unit at current price of $449.99 with a 30% discount. Some may see this as a great offer. But I see it as poor customer service for a product that should have lasted longer then three years. If I could rate them less than one star, I would.

Don’t buy direct from Shark

Don’t buy direct from Shark. I bought a spot cleaner direct from their website just before Christmas and it’s faulty. Their customer service replied and said a new one would be dispatched, it wasn’t, I contacted them again and they apologised and said another has been sent and I’d get it within 2 days, it hasn’t. It’s not been processed on my online account. Looking at the previous reviews it echoes what others are saying.

Ordered a fan via their online site. They did not instruct the couriers properly - reached out in the beginning of Dec 2025 and it’s now almost the end of Jan 2026 they decide to respond. Their customer service is non-existent and pathetic. If you want to purchase a product - just go to a retailer that sells their products don’t bother going thru them.

Returned a large order of 9 items…

Returned a large order of 9 items however despite proof of DPD completing this return Ninja have said only one item was returned and refusing to refund in full.
Something fishy is going on in their warehouse and I’ve had to escalate this with my bank.
Shocking behaviour , I’d never order from them again.

SharkNinja Customer Service

Same as many others - never again I am buying a brand new unused item from Ninja.

I have bought two frying pans of them from Tesco, UK with 10 years warranty apparently (I know many of you will laugh, but I decided to register them just in case anything goes wrong anytime soon).

Unfortunately, one of the frying pans arrived with the German part number for German market. The one for Germany I was unable to register myself so I had to contact shark ninja for help. That's where the circus begun!!

It took them the entire week and TWELVE emails to actually do it right. In the meantime they have registered for me the pan number 1, that was meant to be for UK and that I managed to register myself anyway and a lot more...

The problem they have, the hub is based somewhere in Bulgaria (just a guess) where English is not their first language and it's quite poor and also every time you reply to your ticket you get a new person, who doesn't carefully read the trail and just creates more mess. So 12 emails = 12 different people with bad English were trying to work on my case almost simultaneously.

It's just terrible and absolutely unacceptable. I do think of my nerves, so shark/ninja never again brand new with the warranty. Don't recommend it to anyone either. Very bad customer service!

Diabolical customer service!

Ordered a hairdryer for a christmas present but the person I was gifting had received a duplicate from thier daughter. I contacted shark about a return and that was ok, sent a returns label. Was advised of the process they take before refunds take place.
Was advised that when the product is returned, it goes through the process of being checked and it would take 10 days to refund the monies. I sent the unit back and didnt receive an email to say they had got it, so I sent an email asking when the refund would be back in my bank, to be told they now have the product and it can be upto 10 days. I then emailed 5 days after the product was returned and requested an update, which i was told that its all been cleared and the refund should be with me in 48hrs. Almost 5 days later and past thier own time frames, i am still waiting on the refund and a response to why the refund hasnt been issued! Awful customer service, considering a lot of people have several of their products in their households...I will now be avoiding them as it clearly shows they dont care about the consumer.

6+ months for customer service?!

Product stopped working - customer services say a warranty replacement is available but it's been SIX MONTHS (and waiting).

In July, my partner bought me a SharkNinja Luxe Premier Coffee machine which very quickly developed a fault with the dual-coffee basket. It's a known issue, and it relates to the scale not working correctly.

I contact Customer Services and ask for a replacement part to repair myself, but they insist on the machine being sent back to them.

However, it's been over six months later, the coffee machine is boxed up and awaiting a label and collection (or at least an address to post the item back to them) and there has been no communication from SharkNinja support.

Every time I contact them, I log a new Zendesk support ticket or reply to an existing ticket - and every time a customer service agent says something to the effect of 'we'll be back in touch' and they never do.

I have no idea what's going on at SharkNinja, except we have a very expensive coffee machine sitting in a box awaiting pickup and this seems to be the only way to get in touch with their customer service - via a negative TrustPilot Review.

We have >LOADS< of SharkNinja products; vacuums, air fryers (x3), woodfire BBQ, the entire pots and pans set, the knives set and sharpener - and probably much more. This will be the last time I purchase anything from SharkNinja, as the customer service experience has been surprisingly awful.

What should be a simple part exchange or warranty replacement shouldn't take months to organise.

Won't take back their hazardous materials

We had a Ninja Thirsti. We didn't use it anymore and wanted to return the CO2 canisters. These are rated as residential hazardous waste. The company refused to take them back. So it's on the customer to find a responsible way to dispose of these items. Terrible company with no regard for the environment.

Also, the cost to ship their fake sugar flavors in a 4x4 box is now $9.99. It's ridiculous. Would never buy anything from this company again.

Shark Ninja Air Purifier

Purchased an air purifier that is supposed to be good for 5 years before you have to change the filter. WRONG!!!! I constantly had to clean the sensors to get it to work properly and finally it quit working at all. They were going to replace the unit, but wanted me to mail back the original unit. I did not have a box and wanted to get the replacement so that I could put the unit in that box to return it. Why should I pay $10 or $15 to get a box and packing material to mail it back. They refused to send the new unit until I sent the old unit back. THEY DON’T TRUST YOU!!! I purchased an air cleaner from one of their competitors and it works GREAT. I am now out $99 from the Shark Ninja unit and the unit is in the garbage.

Hand held Hoover stopped working after…

Hand held Hoover stopped working after 9 months. Shark ninja refuse to get, even though there's a 2 year warranty, because I don't have a receipt. £80 useless hoover that blew more dust over the area than it hoovered up

Awful service initially

Awful service initially . Took a week to reply and wouldn't proceed with the 5 year guarantee unless the purchase receipt was produced. I couldn't find this and forwarded the registration confirmation email which they ignored. I cannot see why the guarantee registration wasn't proof enough. I have since found the proof of purchase and the email response time was no quick and they sent the replacement part out quickly

Customer service robots are a joke.

My Ninja machine broke down.

There’s only an email address you can write to.
I sent a very detailed email with everything that went wrong, including all the info and everything.

Now I’m on what feels like 10 emails back and forth with an AI robot that can’t even give me a list of everything they need. It also can’t remember anything from previous emails, so I’m now on the third round of providing the same information.

It’s honestly ridiculous when companies want to automate customer service, but don’t make sure it can deliver at least the same minimum level of service.

Rubbish Service

For anyone wishing to use the Shark Ninja service to buy products from them, I warn you in advance to be very careful. I attempted to buy a robot vacuum cleaner three times, but the first time it cancelled I queried it because I wondered what had happened but I re-tried again to go through the same website because on my phone on checking it I was able to get the price of £249 and with a blue light discount for working for NHS I was able to reduce the price down to £199.

But why this was cancelled I did not know, or understand the reason anyway I tried again I put the order through by my mobile exactly the same situation and within half an hour the order was cancelled.

I then spoke to their customer services team who advise me that the mobile orders doesn't work and I should use the normal route of going through a laptop, to what differences it makes I cannot understand.

Subsequently going into the website on my laptop, the price on the laptop for the same item was £299 with my discount would bring it to £249 but by mobile app still showed me at £249 being reduced to £199.

So I contacted again and spoke to a woman on the phone who assured me she would get it sorted out after speaking to management they agreed the price and they put it through on a manual basis rather than through the website low and behold it canceled again.

I then spoke to customer services again to be told that this would be escalated to the management team or to the query team and they would get back to me and to be honest with you with the answer I've got as far as I'm concerned they can put their robot machine as far up their ..... as possible.

As far as I am concern now I would no longer wish to use Sharp Ninja for any products because I find that the customer services and ordering absolutely abhorrent.

BUYER BEWARE!! You cannot return a Christmas Gift!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! YOU CANNOT RETURN A CHRISTMAS GIFT!!!

I bought my wife an expensive hair dryer for Christmas, sadly she did not like it, I went to return it on January 6th and was told it was past the return date? What? You can’t return a Christmas gift on the 2nd business day of January?

Called a few days later to speak with a representative, spent over 30 minutes with her, she ultimately spoke to a manager and told me they had agreed to return it since we have all the packaging and it was only used once. She stated I would receive an email or phone call as to how to go about the return, but it was definitely okay’d by a manager.

No phone call or email, call back 6 days later, go through the same thing, ultimately get a manager on there, and despite being an owner of multiple Shark products, decides that the company rule has been violated and no chance of a return?

This is the only company I have ever dealt with that does not give you a reasonable window of time to return a Christmas gift. I do not recommend spending money with them if this is how they treat customers.

Buy from companies that actually support their customers!

Shark HydroVac Messmaster…

I purchased a Shark HydroVac Messmaster in November. Being my second Hydrovac I was expecting the same performance of my first one, which was pretty good on vinyl floors. The new one underperforms on marble, bamboo and ceramic flooring, leaving streaks and little puddles of water. To have clean floors I would have to mop with a rag after I'm done with the Hydrovac, defeating the purpose of having one. I reached out to CS hoping that I could return it even if I was just out of the return window. Both times I was told they would get back to me within so many days and both times nobody reached out. If it can't be returned I would at least expect them to assist in troubleshooting and help solve the issue or figure out if the unit is defective and send a new one. Instead they are choosing to ignore me and my phone calls hoping that I will go away. Don't waste your money, look elsewhere, that's what I'm doing moving forward!!!!
UPDATE: They responded and of course they won't take it back. However they offered a replacement after the troubleshooting steps failed to solve the problem.

Seems they only want positive reviews and they don't like being criticised.

2 EMAILS NOW OFFERING THIS FOR £150. BOTH TIME OUT OF STOCK!!! Also looking at the reviews most of these are from "Free products" where they were part of a promotion. So my review is 1 star because a) I cant order it and b) I wouldn't now order it if it needs reviews from people who have been given it for free. I would give it 5 stars if they send me one for free!! (Maybe not)

I ordered a ninja creami 12/31/25 and can't get any costumer support from then or there shipping company uniuni. Uniuni said they never received it but show it in Chicago since 1/3/26. And tell me they never received it and to contact sharkninja. All I get with them is a link to there ai and that gives me a link to costumer service which brings me right back to the ai which just gives me the same link over and ovet

I ordered an Air Fryer, it appeared to be an open returned product

I ordered an air fryer with next-day delivery, which was delivered promptly and initially impressed me.

However, on opening the package it was immediately obvious the item had been previously opened. The internal box seal was broken, the document envelope was ripped with dirty fingerprints on the tape, the protective white bag was dirty and torn, and all internal tape had clearly been opened and re-stuck.

I emailed support and was told they had opened the box to “check the condition” because I’d allegedly had an issue with a previous order. I have never ordered from this company before.

When I phoned customer services, the response was simply: “Is the product OK? If so, what’s the problem?” I explained that receiving an opened, handled item sold as new was unacceptable and requested a replacement.
I was told a replacement would be shipped the next working day and the original collected. The courier collected the item as arranged, but 24 hours later customer services told me the replacement was on hold pending return of the original, despite it already having been collected by their own courier.

Overall, poor communication, misleading explanations, and unacceptable handling of a “new” product.

Don't Do It!!! Awful customer service.

They sent the wrong item and have only offered a refund. I'd be out nearly £100 to buy the product again as it was on offer before Christmas. Poor communication. Item was too be collected last Friday and wasn't after waiting all day. Still sitting here, still no refund. Spent the extra and bought a Dyson which ultimately was the better choice anyway.
