I want to like this service.

I want to like this service.

I do. Honestly. But the truth is, I have tried to get assistance multiple times since Sunday, but online chat support does not work. And I have sent 2 emails requesting help, as well as I have used their email forum for assistance as well, and got no replies.

Ok. So, an edit to my experience. I finally got the reply that I needed, only to find out I had the information, but things on either the Smarters side, or the IPTV side can be more finicky than expected. Either way, it seems to be working as intended now. Which makes me a lot happier.

I am still a bit concerned that it took an extraordinary amount of time to get a reply, and the chat on their site does not appear to function very well, as out of 6 attempts to get assistance through Chat (which, incidentally would have resolved the initial issue in seconds) I got 1 reply, and that was before my order had been processed as I just had a question.

I understand that I didn't get scammed. But when you pay for something, and it has support, be it email OR chat... (espeically if it has chat and or email support) you expect results fast than 36 hours.

Still. Service looks ok. Bought the cheetah IPTV package. Seems to be working 3 days in. I will update as I use the service, or require assistance.

I don't mind giving good reviews for a good service. And this has been pretty good, once I got it working.

The reply on here to my original review was "less than helpful" perhaps invest in an online knowledge base where simple tech questions can be answered WITHOUT tying up an agent. While I may not be "Tech Savvy" I'm not a moron. I did try researching the issue, and the consensus was that "support" was lacking. Spend less time being pissy with customers, and more being remotely helpful.

Sir a scam is when you send payment and you don't get your username and password. Please educate yourself. We are here to provide iptv service, we are not here to school you or teach you as it's great time consuming. If you are not tech savvy we don't want your money.

scam, unusable except for day 1.

scam scam scam! if you see a 5 star here, it's obviously the seller posting about themselves!

sent multiple emails to sort my issues. the service worked on the first day that's it! the more I tried to reach support the less answer I've got from them

All our 5 star reviews are by real customers. Trust pilot system is very smart and monitored, nobody can write more than one review . Our reviews good or bad are from real customers. its a scam IPTV

its a scam IPTV. once you pay for subscription then there is no customer service. I had worse experience , had IPTV service only one day of working , then there no buffering , even if some channels buffer there is no picture and only sound. tried reaching out to their customer service but they do not respond.
stay away this provider.

Scammed

Update: The service now is beyond usable. Server errors, invalid username errors for no reason. They stopped responding to emails to help. SHARKTV is a SCAM!!! Go somewhere else unless you a**holes stealing your money.

So we tried a month and it worked great and decided to get a 3 month subscription. Few days in, service won't start, says channel list file is wrong and can't load, no way to reach chat support. I think they lure you in with good service and than scam you by not delivering the service you pay for and make away with your money. Just another scam IPTV company.

DO NOT buy. SCAM

DO NOT buy.
Rude and condescending customer service. We bought the android box and VPN and the sports/ netflix app and prime app were TERRIBLE. (They were very pushy about buying the android box which i found very odd. They said things like we are shipping boxes out tomorrow so but it tonight) *do not buy their android box. *
The app we had was via OneTv “fire” and it was very glitchy. Had to turn off and on constantly where we gave up.
I had messaged the customer service regarding this and excuse after excuse was given like " you spend too much time on your tv" and "your husband should learn about the android box he doesn't know what he is talking about". They kept saying I was the only one who was complaining about it (which is untrue if you look at the other reviews!!!). They said things like “stop bugging me I’m helping other people with real problems”. They started a WhatsApp chat (with the customers) then deleted it. Just weird sketchy stuff.

They did not offer me a refund or for me to send the box back within the first week. They said I was the problem. THEY do not care if you are unhappy and speak to you like you're an idiot.
They did say they would give us a free year and gave us a promo code and directions on how to download (in exchange for a positive review). I had tried for an hour and nothing was working. When I told them it wasn’t working they started getting mean, saying I didn’t know what I was doing and I wasn’t “tech saavy” enough.
The admin on what’s app was the condescending person I was dealing with throughout. I wish I could attach screen shots of the chat on this review.

Save yourself the frustration and go with another provider. There are MUCH better apps and providers out there.

Such a terrible experience

Such a terrible experience. First they only have chat as a means of contact. I was recommended the Cheetah server for my needs which was very specific to watching Soccer. Once the service was activated I realized I had a bunch of cricket channels and more cricket in a whole list of Indian languages I don’t even understand. Then when I got on chat to get help with the issue, the chat rep kept disconnecting the chat. I paid for 3 months of my service and didn’t use it for more than 3 days. Stay away from this crappy service and crappy business.

First time IPTV subscriber

First time IPTV subscriber, searched for a service that i could setup myself on my tv without any boxes. Talked with live chat and was guided to which service to get and how to setup. Great communication with live chat! Once emt was received i was up and running in 5 minutes. So far so good, loads fast and quality is great. Definitely recommend! 5 Stars!

They R trash

They R trash. I got a dud TV Box that will not play, I had the face page up with Youtube , Settings and netflix showing yet when I go to the STB emu it just keeps saying to call provider to register this devise. & that was the main station I wanted and use the only 1. They refuse to give My Money back as well. saying too bad. I only purchased it on the 20th so no honoring at all. I want to send it back & just get My money back.
I need a lawyer. The hub helps with that. it is walking distance even so ya.
I have pics showing what say is all true.

I got it hooked on the wifi, it is hooked up to the router and still call provider. I did everything asked of Me from this place all day long yesterday. and still call Your provider. I'm done.

Great Customer service

Greay Customer service. The Super 4K TV service is the best out there. Highly recommend SharkTV. So happy o discovered this group. They have a support page that is frequently updated. You can also contact support directly through whats app. A++!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, get freezing so they made me spend more money and then when my box went down, they did not help and I would wait online for over an hour and no one would come on. I had to find a service provider in Toronto who fix my problem. I would never recommend nor use their service. They also refuse to refund any money from me even though yes, it says it in their contract, but they did not live up to any of my expectations, absolutely disgusting Service

I recently purchased IPTV services from Sharktv and am extremely pleased with the product and process. Support was great and they handled my lengthy list of questions prior to my purchase. The support staff were quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. With direction and support from Sharktv's staff .. I was up and running in no time at all. Sharktv went above and beyond.

Terrible Experience Lately

The service used to be good, now all of my people that I install this for are unhappy. Service has been down for 3 days and customer service simply lies and says nothing is wrong on their end. Well, this is complete bs, as this is at multiple houses, different ISP's and different player apps (including their own). I have tried everything and I consider myself to be very tech savvy. Very disappointed all around lately and I can no longer recommend these guys. If things change for the better, I will gladly update my review.

They look fraud, be careful...

I recently purchased 1 month subscription from them and deposited the amount what and how they asked for but never got any reply from them, contacted so many times and so many ways but no response from them at all, thank God i have only bought 1 month to try not the whole year. Be very careful they don't seem to be legit.

Ask for help

Ask for help. When the app wasn't working was told to uninstall it. Then the app would not reinstall and I cannot get anybody in live chat to help help. Now I don't have any TV that I paid for and I'm only 3 days into my subscription. No customer service or help when needed
