Absolutely love my shark, I’ve wanted one for a long time and finally brought myself one, I also have the handheld car vacuum as well that is equally as good

After using the shark after my henry hoover i just couldn't believe how much more muck there was. It picked up all the cat hair making it so quick n easy. 100% recommend this to anyone who .....like me absolutely hates hoovering and wants it done quick.

Shark (trouble shooting) blocked hose. Contacted shark about a blocked hose, advised to go on the trouble shooting site. No answers, contacted them by email. Advised to use a thin duster!, can you get a 1.2 metre extendable duster?, how strong would one be ?, do they go around solid grips?, they believe product so good you get a 5 year warranty but not on hoses. But no resolution to a blocked hose with no access to unblock it. Answer buy a new one.

Awful customer service. My old Shark has broke and I ordered a new one last week. It arrived next day delivery but was wrong model they sent. A week down the line the incorrect one has only just been uplifted and the correct one has not even been dispatched. Told it might be another 4 working days. It is not my error. I am out of pocket and have no hoover. If I order another one on website it would be here quicker than a replacement!

We have 2 large furry dogs so this vacuum means we have a fluff free carpets and the size of the dust bin means it only needs emptying every couple of days instead of twice a day. The suction and multi tssks it can do are brilliant.

Have owned a Dyson vacuum for a number of years and it needed replaced. My Shark was positively reviewed on Trust Pilot so I placed order. Delivered next day as promised. Packaging was first class. Product design covers all my domestic needs. Price is good and I feel I have received good value for money. I would be happy to recommend.

I have always had sharks. I have them at home and business. But the last order I placed it’s take over a week to collect the wrong item they sent me and I don’t even know when they r sending out what I ordered avoid and use Dyson so much more professional and customer services is 100% better then shark. Never upswing shark again gross service for there screw up

Best hoover I have had in years makes my carpets look new and fresh. The amount of dust it picked up on the first use was amazing. I was shocked. Yes it is heavy but the results are worth it.

Brought this to replace a Bissell upright and man am I impressed ! What a beautiful looking hoover. Love the attachments especially the pet powered brush, works wonders with pet hair. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre once you've got the floor head adjusted to the right surface you're wanting to clean. Cord is the perfect length for my flat, no stopping to unplug, it reaches all round my flat in the same plug. XL dust bin easy to remove and clean. Honestly it's the best hoover I've ever owned.

For the price it’s a great buy compared to other more expensive vac’s. The suction matches or beats anything I’ve bought before.

Love this shark hoover, it’s cordless which I don’t fall over the cable anymore easy carry to do stairs, pick up pet hair brilliantly and other dirt that is on your carpet which you think your carpets are clean until I used this, easy empty and easy gadgets that you get with it, all round amazing I’m like a kid at Xmas 😃

THE best hoover EVER!

Very easy to use and does what it says on box

I bought a cordless vacuum from rival major manufacturer a couple of years ago and have been disappointed with it. So much so I kept my old corded vacuum to do deep cleans of the carpets until recently when it packed up. The reviews say it all, the shark nz850 really does clean efficiently and I could tell it sucked up everything left deeper in the carpets and rugs that were left behind from my old vacuums. I love the switch to go between carpets and hard floors, it really does work well as an upright. The minor flaws are the short length and lack of extending hose together with the smaller than usual base roller head causes the unit to fall over very easily when using the brush on the hose. Need to get in the habit of removing the dust bin from the base to overcome this. Even when you do remove the bin from the base for when you want to do the stairs you really need to hold the bin with one hand and the brush with the other. Not the best for anyone unfirm or unbalanced. Other than that top marks
