Fantastic hoover really easy to use. My carpets look like new.

I couldnt believe the dirt my new cleaner picked up from my carpet the first time i used it ...it was amazing .I thought my carpet was already clean till i looked what was in the new shark !!!!
Ordering direct from Shark was so easy and a great money saver compared to high street retailers , Delivery was spot on ...i didnt place my order till around 6 pm on the Friday and it was delivered to me at 11-20 am next day.

It’s even better than it looks on television it’s brilliant. My hair falls out everywhere and has always been a nightmare trying to cut it out of the brushes of previous vacuums so my new shark with its clever fins is excellent. It does everything it’s supposed to. Brilliant and I would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service, quick delivery and excellent product.

I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived early on Monday. So far I have found it to be very good , plenty of suction as reviews have said previously.It is quite heavy but does a good job.

Just dreadful customer service. Don’t expect any help because “terms and coditions” and “ computer says no”. God help me if something actually goes wrong with the vac.

Excellent delivery service and helpful customer service dept. The vacuum cleaner is as described and has a great suction, the separate power head tool is great for the stairs, sofas and cleaning the car.
Would certainly recommend this cleaner.

This was an offer I could not refuse, great price. It was delivered really quickly and there was no damage. This model has brilliant suction, in fact it sucks light things in from several centimetres away.

This is a game changer. Cordless is so much easier and the lift out bit great for stairs. Very effective and good battery life.

I have always had the other brand hoover but decided to go with shark when I needed a new one as I had heard good things about them and I wasn’t disappointed the only downside is you have to empty it more frequently as the cylinder is very small but other than that I’m well impressed and also I couldn’t believe how quick it arrived i ordered before 8pm on the Saturday and it arrived on the Sunday excellent Hoover and service from shark

Love my new sharks, kept thinking hope l made the right choice . My other was Dyson . Sharks was so easy to put together and to use....being a mature lady of age l was worried l would have to wait until a member of my family could put it up.....using is brilliant ...light to lift ..stair part is amazing ....would definitely recommend ...

Brilliant machine, instructions for assembly and use easy to follow. Picks up everything you aim it at, wish I’d purchased one earlier.

My previous branded vacuum gave up. Having pets and long hair and spendibg time removing both from the roller i thought id see what the fuss is about with shark
I read reviews, good and bad, some say how heavy they are, noisy, the dust compartment too small and the lead too short. I was Suprised to find how light it was, long lead and much quiete than my previous one, it also compacted the hair/dust it collected so size isnt an issue
The anti hair wrap and pet shark, hoovered well, sadly some of my hair did wrap round the roller but easily removed. Im Still waiting for the wow factor people talk about.
