The flex is ridiculous, it’s made out of a material which is so stiff , really winds me up !!!!
Other than that the rest of the vacuum cleaner is very good

I contacted Shark customer service regarding a faulty vacuum and, although there was a bit of back and forth, the experience was handled professionally throughout.

Karim, Zainab, and Abdul Rahman were especially supportive, polite, and respectful. They took the time to listen and kept me updated during the process.

The issue was eventually resolved and the vacuum was replaced under warranty. I also appreciated the care and understanding shown towards my elderly disabled mother.

Overall, I’m grateful for the service and how the situation was handled.

We have been very impressed with the whole Shark experience in relation to purchasing the Shark Powerpro Pet cordless stick vacuum. Very fair price; five year guarantee; ordered Saturday and DPD timed delivery on Monday; very well packaged; easy to put together and operate; very effective on hard and carpeted floors; handy flexibility of stem to go under furniture; very easy to empty; three additional tools and that’s enough! Battery power comfortable to do 45 mins and cover the whole four-storey house. Very pleased first-time customers indeed!

Superb customer service. Bought a Shark Nano stick vacuum from Amazon. Had problems with the motor overheating after about a year. Went back to Amazon who told me that as it was out of warranty, they couldn't help me and send me to the manufacterer directly. The agent was so helpful, agreed that it was faulty and even though out of warranty, he arranged a replacement. This was at 11am yesterday, this morning a courier arrived with a full replacement. What incredible service - absoluetly 5 stars!I had an excellent experience with customer service. I bought a Shark Nano stick vacuum from Amazon, but after about a year, I started having issues with the motor overheating. When I contacted Amazon, they informed me that since the product was out of warranty, they couldn't assist me further and directed me to the manufacturer instead.

The agent from the manufacturer was very helpful and agreed that the vacuum was faulty. Even though it was out of warranty, he arranged for a replacement. This all took place at 11 AM yesterday, and by this morning, a courier arrived with the new vacuum. I'm truly impressed with such incredible service—absolutely 5 stars!

At first I was very happy with my Shark, got some great features, it’s manoeuvrability, no bag, comes apart etc., but as time went on I realised it wasn’t beefy enough for my needs. DIY detritus, soil from the garden, kitchen stuff…so I went and bought a Henry (which is brilliant) and demoted the Shark to upstairs cleaning only.

Your customer service is second to none .. just spoke to the best agent .. sorted the issue within 15 mins by sending a replacement .. z

The story started off well with load of so called warranty I thought I would be well covered. After a few months hoover would hardly pickup. Called the support team still under warranty sent me a new engine unit and said all I had to do was fit it and hoover should be fixed. Not so, hoover still did not pick up called them back told to email. Emailed back and have not 1 reply in order to fix the issue now have a £350 hoover redundant. Total waste of money DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM.

Absolute crap! After owning a Henry for over 20 years my partner pursueded me to give the Shark upright a go, we bought it in the sale and from the off it was pretty much useless.

The flexi hose that clips into the back of the hoover kept coming loose, the electric chord is far too short, it has next to no suction despite no clogging anywhere in the system, you literally have to go over the same spot a few times, on carpet it's not too bad but it really is useless on hard floor.

Compared to the Henry it really shows it's flaws and weaknesses, especially when trying to hoover the cars interior.

A waste of money, back to Henry it is from now.

We have a cordless Shark Duo Clean and it's terrible... Writing this to help inform people's purchases.

For a start it's supposed to be able to manage pet hair it can't. We have two Golden Retrievers. It frequently gets clogged up and loses suction power with hairs getting tightly tangled and wrapped.

Second, frequently over heats and won't work.

Third has virtually no suction power, this is probably the biggest issue. I really can't stress how bad the suction and cleaning action is... I can hoover the same spot for 10 minutes and it makes no difference, if I could include a video I would...

Lastly, price Vs performance isn't worth it at all. This is a premium end price range hoover and it's not even worth a fraction of the cost.

Avoid.

My Shark cordless vacuum cleaner works very well, especially as we have a long haired dog. HOWEVER, when the battery charger failed, the support staff could not be bothered to find the appropriate replacement. Many web sites claimed to have the correct charger, based upon the model number, but none of them are the right type.

Our 4 year old corded stick vac started giving off 'electrical' smells. I contacted Shark helpline, and they simply sent me a new motor unit. Just like that. No arguments, no inquisition on how I've been using it. And it arrived the following day!

Got to hand it to the customer service team. A warranty claim handled swiftly and without fuss.

A 5 year guarantee that actually means something. Brilliant customer service today. Bought a cordless Shark vacuum in 2022, plastic piece now broken off central column where it folds in two. Phoned customer services because it has a 5 year guarantee, through to a human in 2 minutes, really helpful, replacement column organised within minutes. Other companies could learn a lot about honouring warranties and customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with shark my vacuum had stopped working properly they supplied me with a new part and I ordered some extra pieces on a Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday.
It is fair t say I recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SharkNinja cordless vacuum. The product did not live up to expectations at all and, in my experience, it performed poorly from the start. The suction was weak, the battery life was far shorter than advertised, and it struggled with basic cleaning tasks that I would expect any vacuum to handle easily.

Even after contacting customer service and receiving a replacement, the situation did not improve. The replacement unit was just as disappointing as the first, which makes me question the overall quality control and reliability of the product line.

Overall, I feel the cordless vacuum is not worth the money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it, even considering the replacement provided. I expected a far better standard for the price paid, and unfortunately it did not deliver.

Worst hoover company of all time. I'm on my 3rd hoover which has given way within a few weeks. Not powerful suction or long lasting. Don't waste your money!

Bought the cordless Shark vacuum directly from shark. Light use. The hoover head stopped working properly after 11 months. Wont turn off when the vacuume section is powered off.Very poor build quality. Boight a Miele instead.

Had mine for a year now so a good run in. Honestly it’s so poor where do you even start, the power is awful, charge is rubbish even when new, and you spend more time cleaning it out than actually using it. It’s useless. On my next run to the tip I’ll be happily throwing mine out and going back to Henry. Absolutely shocking, anyone buying one should seriously reconsider
