Brilliant Customer Services Helpline

Just bought a Sharp Television and whilst quite au fait with TVs and normally can cure faults other than actual product problems, but I was obviously missing something as I couldn't get any channels, so rang the Sharp help telephone number. THE LOVELIEST young lady immediately got to work, explained as we went along together through the setting up process, and was patience personified. Wish I had got her name as she is a shining example of how to run a Customer Services phone helpline. Can definitely recommend Sharp service even if I have not had experience before now of their products. The TV itself was hardly expensive and has great colour and sound so am very happy all round.
