I concluded my SVQ3 training with Tracy a trainer and tutor. The trainer was so humane that I fell in love with my training procedures. I covered so many areas ranging from medication administration, safeguarding legislation, SSSC Code of Practice, Data Protection legislation, and many more. It was quite deep and intensive training experience.
During the observation period, I was so confident because she instilled self-confidence in me during the training period. I gathered more knowledge regarding care as a healthcare assistant. It was an educative and informative training.

Greatful for completing my SVQ3. Tracy was patient and guarded me properly throughout the process, I really appreciate her. She did marvelously well and she is a great supervisor.

I set a challenge for myself to beat the record of the the person that finished his SVQ3 in two months but worklife balance with family caring overwhelmed me not to mention the reading aspect which was a must to understand.
All the same, l enjoyed every bit of time spent in answering the assessment questions, the corrections penned on red and the conversations had in the curse of the program. It was indeed awesome.
From the introduction to the courses, the admission process, the admin personnel and the coach, her responses to answered assessment was almost instant.
Every department worked seamlessly to make the program perfect.
