I will NEVER order from this company…

I will NEVER order from this company again. I order $100.00 worth of bras and not one fit. When I reached out to return them, they said I could get a $20 credit to my original payment plan and keep the bras. I was not happy with that and then they said I could return them, but I have to pay the shipping to go back. I went to the post office and it was gonna cost $50-$60 to return and no tracking. So I took the $50.00 credit card payment and eat the other $50. I felt this is ridiculous and I would not recommend this company at all.

Nightmare Experience

I'm another sucker who didn't do my due diligence and check this company before ordering. I am in an AI argument with Shecurve because they REFUSE to honor their refund policy.
My suggestion is never ever order from this fly-by-night company. They are the worst.

Like many before me. This company is a scam. I stupidly placed an order and 33 days later still do. It have the items now can I get a refund. I have sent customers service an email almost every day trying to get the product or a refund. But get the same standard email saying it is on the way and cannot return or refund until I get the product, yet I cannot get the product. They send a tracking number that does not work and to that they said it was the shipping company’s problem not theirs. It is a scam company with “AI” generated Facebook ads and reviews.

I have contacted my credit card company to report fraud and theft since I did not receive the product. Probably not get my money back but at least they are reported.

Save yourself money and stress. Stay away

SCAM!!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered on 12/21/25 and it is now 01/29/26 and I still have not received my product. I have emailed them multiple times about the status of my order and the reply with tracking information that you really can't track. It seems like it is in between the USA and China. I did not know that this was in China, because the receipt has United States. If I could rate lower that a 1 star, I would.

Total scam

Total scam. Tracking information showed nothing, I went months without knowing where my order was. Never recieved the product. Customer service seemed was AI, and it took forever to get responses and a refund. I would never recommend this company.

I ordered 2 jelly bras on January 6th. No tracking at all. I reached out and I am being told it was delivered in 2025??? I ordered in January of 2026. Horrible company, Terrible experience. I will never order from this company again. No way to get a refund or even a person yo speak with.

I placed an order and started that I would receive the item we can 5 to 7 business day now that’s a lie. My order was placed on December 31. Today is January 23. I never received my item I sent multiple messages. The only thing I got is an automated message. I asked to cancel the order nothing I already purchased something else from shapellx.That’s what I should’ve done. I am not sure how they have any positive reviews on their website. They misleading the customer knowingly that the customer was not going to receive the item within the timeframe they posted on their website when placing the order. Now I I have to file fraud claim with my bank against them and I know I am not the only one that have been affected by this misleading lies information from their website. I do not recommend them if you don’t want to ge something go to the store shopping or shop from an other reliable company. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from she curve the chane of you getting your items in a timely manner or receive it at all is most definitely will happen.Customer service sucks. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB regarding this company, regardless of where the based on so people be aware before you buy from this company. They don’t deserve the 1 star. I placed a order in December

I placed a order in December, with any expected delivery time of 7 to 10 days. In two days it will be 30 days and I still haven't received my order. Realizing they can't control the product going through the shipping process to the US. Be honest in your advertisements. Then when I emailed to inquire about my product the response I received was "it is flowing through the shipping process." They said I'd have a local tracking # in a few days. That was Jan 8th. To date I haven't received a "local tracking #." As there are several things I was interested in ordering in the future, I won't be ordering from this company again.

Do not trust

Shipping took forever, communication is bad, the they don’t take returns or exchanges. The item was ill-fitting (way too big and not properly sized). Offered $20 coupon - no return or exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Jelly bras have too much stretch and lose support

I bought the viral jelly bras. The leopard print ones, i got brown and black. They fit decent at first try on, soft, supportive...but quickly lost shape and got too stretchy. The only time they fit good again is right after a wash and they quickly get all stretched out again. I had to shorten the straps right up to try to get any support, and then the back keeps rising and the hooks on the straps keep flipping sideways. Plus these are not breathable! Gave me heat rash under my breasts. Garbage

Shecurve Posture correcting bras.

I ordered two of those posture support bras through facebook ads. they are incredibly stretchy which makes them not posture correcting at all, they are not even remotely flattering; in regard to shape. Not lifting at all whatsoever I can’t emphasize that enough. They don’t do what they advertise at all:(amazing shape, lift and posture correction). The only plus is they are comfortable but that doesn't justify anything else. Don’t buy if you want to correct posture I should’ve done more research. Everyone says they’re a scam even beyond the type of bra I purchased, and I believe them.

Liars and scammers!

Liars and scammers!! Do not use! My parcel arrived and I was missing 5 items from the parcel bag including a xmas gift, a pair of shoes and 2 tops. I sent multiple emails informing them that these items were missing and they insisted that they had sent them. They refused to refund and refused to resend the items. They also kept asking me to prove they were missing by sending them a video of me opening the parcel when I'd opened it over a week earlier and no longer had the bag. Absolutely ridiculous. As I said, liars and scammers.

Do not allow returns or refunds! Sent wrong product! Does not fit true to size!

I would love to give this company zero stars. CAUTION!! DO NOT BUY!! They state in their return and refund policy that you have 30 days to do so. This is a lie!!! I bought multiple sets of bras ALL of which did not fit true to size. When I contacted about returns well within the dates of their return policy, they only offered to replace 3 of the items and give me a $50 voucher. I bought 12 bras and spent almost $300 on bras that DO NOT FIT. I even asked to simply exchange them and they denied. SCAMMERS! LIARS! TERRIBLE PRODUCT!! They even sent 2 completely incorrect products (wrong bra and color) and wouldn’t even send me the correct order for those ones! I have to leave this review here because their website does not have any way for me to warn people of their FAKE return policy!
