My experience ordering from SheCurve was great! I ordered two bras and they did not fit. SheCurve agreed to refund my order and even offered to send me a bra in a different size. Customer service was great and wonderful to work with.

Horrible customer service. I spent $75 on two 5-packs of the tummy control panties. I never even opened the second pack because the cotton liner comes “unglued” in the wash and rolls up! I can no longer wear them. They won’t refund my purchase. Only $17. 🤬 Extremely unhappy.

They tried everything to not take my return because of the cost of shipping! I understand their point of view but I lost $55.00 and still have no bras that fit! They did NOT take the return. Their website says free returns and exchanges and that is absolutely not true! Do not order from them unless you are willing to get nothing and lose your money! I ordered 3 bras and the fits were all just not right and they seemed cheaply made (which I understand because they were made outside of the US). No not advertise free returns and exchanges if that’s not what you offer.

I ordered two bras same size but different styles, one was too big and the other way too small. I wanted to return but the buyer must send back at their cost. I reached out and did not get much help. The other down side is it takes several weeks to receive their shipment. Mine were in two shipments and one took three weeks the other five.
I do not recommend this brand.

I liked my bathing suits a lot and when one didn’t fit quite right they sent me a new size when I reached out. I was happy with my swim cover ups and suits and wore all vacation.

Shecurve.com is a great company to find that bra that fits you just right. I tried them for the first time (new style I’d never worn) and the fit was off. I contacted them for a return/exchange and it was the easiest ever! Their reply was almost immediate and the replacement came quickly. It’s perfect. I’m getting ready to order again!

I had ordered the shimmer balconette bra and unfortunately, it was too small. I reached out to customer service and they replied so quickly with a fix. They went above and beyond to get me the right size.
On top of the fantastic service, the bra is perfect!! It is perfect for low cut and square neck tops. It is beautiful and very comfortable.

The arrival of my strapless bra took a while. However, I love it!!
I love the various ways that I can wear the straps or wear without the straps. Bra does stay in place. It’s light weight and comfy.
The price is right, compared to other bras of the same quality.
At first it was hard to get through to customer service, but once I did, they responded immediately, were very friendly and considerate of my concerns.

I ordered for the first time from SheCurve, the Full Coverage Jelly Bra. While the fit was good, washing it cause nothing but headaches! The pads folded inside the cups or twisted (I wash it in a lingerie bag on gentle) and putting the pads back was challenging at best. Nice product but this design issue needs to be fixed before I order another bra.

I ordered 2 bras after carefully measuring and reviewing sizing (ended up with 38G of the external underwire) The straps were too long for my torso even after adjusting (I’m not a difficult fit!). They offered a partial refund less than a quarter of what I paid. This was not clear before I ordered and I cannot recommend this company. Would have given them a zero if I could. Stay away!!
UPDATE: they refunded 30% of my purchase, which is the best they would do after multiple email exchanges.

I received my order and was very disappointed with the bras I purchased. They provided no support at all and did not match the descriptions advertised on the website. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but it has now been three months and I still have not received it. Instead, I continue to get the runaround from customer support. The company advertises a free 30-day money-back guarantee, but that has not been my experience.

Great quality but size was wrong and I bought 2 bras, when inquiring about exchanging my only option was they would send me ONE new smaller size bra and the reasoning was due to the cost of shipping…so be sure to get the right size when ordering
