Update: company did not reach out to me. I suspect that’s the case for every negative review where they say they’re emailing the reviewer.
The padded double sided adhesive nipple covers I got would not fit inside my bra and were not sticking on the edges. I wish I could post a photo. It’s a design flaw. I sent an email asking for an address to start a return and was denied that. The company said it’s cost prohibitive for me to return the item and offered me a 25% partial refund or a larger store credit. I was insistent that I wanted to return the item and did not want a store credit and asked for an address again. They then increased the amount of the partial refund. I declined again and said if they send me the address I’ll make the decision whether it’s cost prohibitive or not. They responded by saying the return location is in Hong Kong and will cost me at least $30 but would not give me the address. They offered me a 50% refund which I ultimately said I would accept because they were not giving me a choice. Their website says the products are returnable minus the shipping cost but that’s not true and completely false advertising. They should be sued. I’ll never buy from this Chinese company or any other online company that you can’t return a product you are taking a chance on.

I placed an order and it took a month and a half to receive it.
Once I received the items I no longer needed them and asked for a refund. I have been requesting to return the items for two weeks and they are not granting me a full return nor are they willing to pay for a return shipping label.
There best effort is to give me a partial (less than half of what I paid) and are requesting I keep items I no longer need or want.
Not to mention the fabric is not of quality for the price tag. The worst service I have experienced by far. This is why I will continue to use Amazon instead.

Their bras are great but their customer service doesn’t even rate 1 star… Zero! I bought 8 bras, spending $200+. One of them was the wrong size which shouldn’t be a big deal… wrong size, their mistake, refund please. But no, I spent the next few weeks trading emails back and forth, offering me everything but the refund that I requested. They offered me store credit for $25 (which was the price for buying multiples). There’s a catch. To reorder just the one bra the price was $10 more since I wasn’t buying 2 at once. Plus, I would have had to pay for shipping, which I didn’t before because of buying multiples. Buyer beware if you need customer service.

Their customer service is fantastic. It's hard to know whats a scam or not nowadays. They answer really fast. I don't normally take time leave reviews but I ordered a size that was a little too large for me, told shecurve, they told me I didn't even need to send it back and that they'd send me the new order. Great and easy customer service that is hard to come by nowadays!

They did not uphold their return policy listed on the site. They would not allow me to return qualifying items. Then I was offered a partial refund of 10$ which isn’t even half the one item. Then I was offered a new product free of charge yet I purchased two products.in addition they did not get back to any of my emails in a timely fashion. I completely regret purchasing from this site. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered the strapless bandeau bra and it is so comfortable and it does stay put. I could use an A cup, but the b cup seems to be ok. I did end up getting nipple covers but that was really for my own insecurities. Just know that your nipples will be out there! I also got the deep v tummy control swim suit and oh boy is it comfy! Holds all the right places in my stomach. It’s a very deep v without much support, so if your boobs are lower than they used to be, and you’re looking for support, go for the padded version. The colour is freaking amazing though!

I ordered two shapewear items, It took a long time to get them. I tried them on and did not like the quality or the fit. I initiated a return thru email since the items said 30 day refundable. The items cost $70 for the two. The first response was an offer for $17 which I refused, the second was for $22 which I also refused, I had no need to keep the items. Their final offer was for $30 or incur shipping costs to Hong Kong. I had no choice but to accept. I will never do business with this company ever again.

The item I received, did not fit do to wrong sizing on my end but I was able to explain to them the problem. They helped me right away with my exchange! Definitely will be using this website more often! Love their customer service.

I bought a strapless bra for my 12 year old. She is large chested and is always very self conscious of her bras so she only wears sports bras. This is the first one that she LOVES and feels comfortable in! I’ll definitely buy more.

I ordered 2 Easyslide Sculpting Bodysuit. One of them came in the wrong size i notified them and they responded the same day and are going to send me the right size as a complementary replacement. I was not expecting this. They were very helpful and nice! As for the product I love the slick and smooth feel of it and it is not uncomfortable to wear all day!!! Best part of it is you can still use the ladies room with such ease!!! Love it
