Really this is a zero star as this site was set up to rip people off. Hook you in with fantastic prices. Now looks like off the air waves. As they say, if it looks too good to be true, it always is.
This is a scam do not use this company SHEDS SUPPLY...but also goes by the name SHEDS ALIVE LTD. Contact your bank ASAP also report on the fraud online website and get a crime number.

So phone your bank or credit card company and get your money back.
. The email invoice just looked so off. There no phone number there no emails and yes the website has disappeared..
but we are lucky to have digital banking nowadays so them scammer don't get to keep your money ..

Again like other reviews I got no confirmation email tried to email no response sent direct message on the website no response rang the customer service number no response luckily paid by credit card so finger crossed I will get refunded as now when I search the website I get 404 not found I don’t hold much hope getting my purchase. Screen shot the contact page their company name is SHEDS ALIVE LIMITED they trade under shes supply website it’s even shown on the . GOV company search so you would think all is fine there is another contact number 07825 294223. For SHEDS ALIVE LIMITED if this helps others I will be giving this number a try also so see if I get any joy but don’t hold out much hope
Terrible company, we placed an order over 6 days ago and have had no confirmation email, no update emails, nothing! Have tried calling them multiple times and there is no answer, have left two voicemails and nobody has got back to me. Have also sent two emails and not had a reply to either of them. I really don’t think that our order is going to arrive so that’s £81 gone!
Placed an order over 6 days ago now, no tracking, no confirmation of postage, no response to 2 email chasers chasing this information, no return of the voicemail I left on the number from their website, no answer to any calls made.
Starting to wonder if this company is real or if its just a case they lack any customer service.
In a world of super fast delivery and most companies offering excellent customer service knowing how reviews like this can affect business, its quite surprising a business can still operate in this manner
