I recently bought a new tennis racquet and having done a little bit of research decided I would support a local business rather than the impersonal online options that dominate so much of retail these days.
The model I was looking to buy was not in stock but Nick, unprompted, followed up with the manufacturer to see if he could acquire one for me but unfortunately the OEM could not confirm a supply date. I then decided to go for an alternative at which point I spoke with Karl in the Sheen shop; he was very friendly and provided great advice before arranging for my new racquet to be strung in double quick time!

I’ve been a regular customer at Sheen Sports for years. They always provide great service! All their staff are very friendly with good knowledge of their products and able to offer advice if needed.

I prefer to support local independent shops where possible, especially in East Sheen. Sometimes this comes with a risk of higher prices or small stock range. Sheen Sports have always been committed to offering discounts where they can, especially if you are a member of a local sports club, and on the rare occasion where they haven’t had what I wanted they have been able to order in quickly for me.

Great customer service. I phoned from Australia to ask about the basket ball we were looking for. The item I selected to be picked up was put aside to await collection. I purchased a gift voucher which was easy to do on-line.
