Avoid! company is a scam
This company is a scam, its poor quality rubbish from China posing as a British business. Ordered a dress but then afterwards kept seeing the same dress advertised at a fraction of the cost and realised I’d been scammed when I realised it was coming from China. There is no returns, they have said I have to send it back at my own cost and I am highly doubtful I’ll get the money back. Wish I hadn’t fallen for the scam don’t make my mistake!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a dress for my daughter, and what arrived was nothing like what was advertised. The fabric was cheap, the details were poorly made, and there were loose threads hanging all over it. Returning the item is nearly impossible — they don’t provide return labels, and you’re expected to ship it back yourself at your own expense. Despite their website claiming to be based in Germany, the order actually ships from China. When I complained, they only offered a 10% refund as compensation. This feels like a total scam. Save your money and do not buy from them.

I bought a jacket from this company it doesn't fit. Have asked how I can refund they said I could have a 10% refund as this company is based in China.
Would cost more to return than the jacket cost. Please don't buy from this company I'm just glad I bought one item. They wanted a photo of the item and said they would see if it could be put forward for a refund. I'm going to have to give this to a charity shop. Won't buy anything from them again
