For almost a month now I have been requesting a refund for a parcel I didn't receive. They have been sending me on a wild goose chase and now they keep asking me to wait three working days to process and then they throw it out and I have to request a refund all over again. At this point I just want my money back and will not be ordering with them ever again. I never recieved this parcel and I want my refund!

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced
I placed an order for approximately £180. I ordered 4 dresses as I had a wedding to go to plus some other bits.
Unfortunately none of the dresses were appropriate so I had to send them back. The total cost of my returns came to approximately £150. I received a refund of £19.
I tirelessly tried to explain via customer service that my refund should come to £150 but they insisted they didn't receive my returns even though they refunded me £19 for an item that was in the same package. Customer service was terrible. I felt I was talking to a robot and they merely kept repeating the same thing. No package received. After sending about 20 messages I gave up as it was too stressful. I will never order from this disgusting company again.

Terrible customer service. Returned faulty goods which I took pictures of and stated reason for return. They took my discount code off the refund amount so got 3p pence back for their mistake and shoddy workmanship. Will never order again from them on principle!

Rubbish customer service and scammers
Rubbish customer service and scammers. Do not buy from shein they do not give you refunds and transfer you to “submit a ticket” in which you have to wait a day or two to hear from someone. I want to speak to someone on the live chat but insist it is too busy every single time I try to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it’s a shame because I have been using them for years but that is now over! Do not waste your money on this scam website with cheap poor clothing and rubbish service!

Absolutely Terrible. I have been sent stuff no idea what I'm paying for as when I log in it only shows an order from Last August 2025. I cancelled my PayPal payment to them for any Future orders as Basically I cannot Trust them and Find them Impossible to chase up or Question any orders. Don't Buy From Them!!!! I did get a response from you it didn't mean anything as it does not directly Address the issue mentioned, it's bulk standard! You need to look at my complaint properly Tell me when the goods were ordered, what the order number was and Exactly what I'm paying for and finally why did you not send any Documentation online or with the one item out of six shown on PayPal payment which was delivered to me at home.

It has now been 5 days since I formally reported my stolen artwork, and it is STILL live and being sold on SHEIN’s website. No response or removal.
Their public reply below is clearly a template designed to deflect responsibility. This is NOT an order issue, and asking for an order number is irrelevant. This is a copyright infringement report, which they are actively ignoring.
STOLEN ILLEGAL PRODUCTS
Shein consistently steals and sells artwork of small sellers on Etsy, including mine. Please remove my hand-drawn art from your website. It has been reported.
Also when you report as a small seller they illegally add your email to a mailing list where you then start to receive spam.

I am absolutely horrified / upset and disgusted that shein have gotten away with such low standard material with hundreds of times the amounts of lead / formaldehyde/ forever chemicals that are being worn by consumers and our children! Cancer causing and will never leave our bodies. Absolutely gutted that as a single mother I've clothed my baby in this and spent hundreds over the course of her short life and now this evidence has come to light.

This is the second time in a month that I have to return an item to Shein as they’ve not sent what I ordered. The last it was the wrong size and this time it is the incorrect colour. Is it just me or are their services getting worse.?

Ive been using Shein for years but I will not be using the company anymore. I recently ordered a few bits online including a few pairs of trousers. Im always careful about mixing the bags up when trying things on so I always try one thing on at a time and put the item straight back in the bag. None of the trousers were suitable so I returned the trousers only and kept everything else in the order. Ive just received an email from the warehouse to say that they are unable to fully refund my order because what theyve received doesnt correspond to my order. This is utter nonsense as I returned exactly what I was sent. I keep getting an automated response when trying to resolve this through customer service. Shein has now lost me as a loyal customer and I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

I ordered an aluminium tool box on wheels full of tools as described and shown on Shein. All I got through the post was a cheap screw driver set. Complained about it, but shein were having non of it. False advertising. But nothing I can do as in a different country and they don't comply with the UK laws. Just be careful what you order off this company website and the same goes for Temu too.

They LOST my parcel and not refund for me
I made a return on 17 March and they got my items on 20March, it has been a month but my items are on 'awaiting warehouse pickup' status on the Shein app.
So I contacted the customer service to know about when will I get the refund which they only keep replying me 'This step typically requires 5–10 days after delivery'. My parcel was taken for 1month already and they only know copying the guidelines on the website but not sorting out the problem for me.
They didn't try to contact the warehouse nor check the parcel for me. I try to ask the customer service if they lost my parcel what compensation will be provided but my situation was ignored by the whole team.
I think they LOST my parcel but not trying to tell me, just wanna keep saying the same thing until I give up chasing for refund.

I have been using shein for a long while now and just placed an order for over a £100 I used the voucher as I always do and when i tried to return 4 items worth £30 they will only refund £11 stating it’s because of the voucher discount I have never seen this before and when you click to use the voucher I have never noted that it states this I am now left with the product as not excepting £11 refund how is this fair

I just can't believe it! I ordered someting from Shein. The item came in a wrong size. There is no way to get in touch with the customer service!
They took your money, sent you something you actually didn't order and now the problem is yours. There is no straightforward policy of returning the order. Besides, do they expect me to pay for sending the item back, when it's obvies that it's the Shain's fault???
How is it possible that this company is legal to operate? How did they get the licence to trade??
