Refund has become complicated
This new refund request process is very unpleasant. I used to love Shein because everything was simple and straightforward. Now it’s becoming more complicated. I want to place another order for a smaller size, but they haven’t even approved my request for the previous one. Because of this, I’m reluctant to order from Shein again. It’s not as easy as it used to be.

Basically called a liar!
2 items were missing and they said checked and were not! So, basically I am a liar. It may only be £3, but this would add up over orders! I return things I think are not as described, so why would I lie about 2 items not being received that are £3? I wouldn’t! Will not be ordering again and is a pity, as their plus size range has longer lengths, which I preferred, but will go elsewhere now!

TERRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have spent hundreds of pounds over the months and would have continued to do so until today when i contacted customer service regarding a problem with returns it was either their way or no way so I promptly closed my account as they clearly do not appreciate good customers. Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, returned goods after trying on, as quality was well below adequate. Material is of poor quality and looks very cheap, one dress was undone at the seam on one side.
Upon return shein notified that I would receive a partial refund as they claimed one of the returned items was not fit for resale. This was untrue. Dress had been tried on and put straight back in original packaging. Just a complete rip off, they make out prices are great but take money off you when you return items.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service! Half of my last order from Shein was missing and no refund or replacement of items as a resolution from them. I am still fuming that despite several attempts to resolve this with Shein that they have charged me for several clothing items that i never received despite shopping with them multiple times! I sent pictures in, corresponding with them numerous times, and yet i have been accused of fowl play basically. I haven’t been able to bring myself to order from them again as it is still upsetting. The items missing were the main ones i wanted - Disgusting that Shein have treated me in the way that they have when i have a solid record of ordering with them over the years.

Many friends have raved about SHEIN. Unfortunately my experience has been the opposite. I placed an order on 25 March. It's now 19 April and it's been impossible to get a sensible answer from SHEIN with all their chats and bots on their website. There doesn't seem to be a way of directly e mailing them. I'm detailing the problem below in the hope that SHEIN will see it and sort out this mess.
I ordered several items including a dress SKU: sz25041814603429713 in Red in two different sizes. My order was split into two packages. One of the dresses was supposed to be in Package one, which arrived ok. The dress was missing. Relay have changed the collection point for Package 2, which contains the other dress, twice and I'm still waiting for a confirmation that it's ready to be picked up. I think it's lost. I want a refund for the two dresses.

SHEIN have emailed me. I have pointed out that one of the problems is their couriers – Relay. They changed the collection point because the one I chose has closed down, which I didn’t know. After that, they kept changing the collection point and said they would send a QR code when my parcel is ready for collection. I’m still waiting. It’s been a month since I placed this order
SHEIN has not sent a solution to the order by e mail. The e mail sent is asking questions I've already answered. Yes, the red dress was missing from package 1 and I can't pick up package 2 which contains the other red dress because Relay have not sent a QR code.

I am a regular user of shein.
Sometimes quality is not great, but for the price you pay thats ok.
And if you want to return items, the process is seemingly smooth and refund is processed.

Edit: I’ve joined your live chat everyday and get the same replies. I’ve sent literal email evidence from Evri confirming parcels are lost. You say you’re sending for verification and no one contacts me. I’ve replied to you with my order number, just process the refund.

Don't buy from here. They have no human customer service and they use evri to deliver your package. So what's going to happen is your package will get tk evri, sit for ages undelivered then after a long period of time they will admit. It's lost and then you have to deal with shein again. So likely you will see your refund in six months.
